Excellent product! The vacuum picks up ALL the dust, cat hair and litter. We just moved into a one story home with all engineered hard wood floors. No carpet. So before we moved I did a great deal of research on vacuums specifically for hard wood floors. This vacuum continually came up as a wonder. I absolutely agree. The suction is amazingly by. The brush bristles are as soft as a baby’s hair brush! Extremely easy to access and empty the dirt cup. I love the retractable cord!! And the hose detaches from the handle in a flash to pick up a small area. Love that! My back and hips are a “train wreck” so when I say it is easy to use I really mean it. I do have to say that the only con is that it’s a little hard to pull/roll. That could be be partially because our floors are not smooth. However that’s another plus since the floors are uneven and the farmhouse style. If you’re looking for an excellent hard wood floor vacuum, I don’t believe you can do any better than this Bissel.

I’ve had this vacuum for right at 2 years. I use it on laminate wood flooring only. After about 1 month of use, the plastic piece broke that supports the hose at the handle (as other reviewers have mentioned). It didn’t seem to make a huge difference so I didn’t worry about it and used it like that for 2 years. Finally, a week ago, the cord snapped right at the canister. I ordered replacement parts – a hose/handle, the floor attachment (mine was dirty and just needed to be replaced), then got new filters – spent around $80 to get it back into top shape. I installed the parts and it works like new again. Hoping to get another couple of years of use.
I have 4 children so I vacuum daily. There are a lot of crumbs, paper, dust, etc, and it works well for cleaning up all of that. Suction is good, noise is about average, retractable cord still works perfectly, and canister is easy to remove and empty, then reattach. This is used in my kitchen and living room so the crumbs and mess are heavy. I try to avoid large particles or wet food (eggs, vegetables, etc) because those will cause buildup on the attachment.
Great, affordable vacuum for laminate flooring. Would recommend!

This vacuum works great and is super quiet

I already have a Miele and I wanted a small, cheap and light vacuum to easily do some quick cleaning. I’ve had it now for several months and I hardly use my Miele anymore . It’s really efficient, and the filters can be washed, which is really good as you don’t need to buy some on a regular basis. It would be good to have speed control as the suction is quite strong. Also it’s made with cheap material, I guess it won’t last as much as the Miele, but for a fraction of the price I’m more than happy.

I’ve been able to use this sweeper daily for about 2 weeks now, and I’m quite happy with it. I have 2 cats and 1 dog, and a house full of hardwood and tile…so it needs sweeping all the dang time. Usually over my lunch break. We have a central vac that is actually quite cumbersome to use, so I got this to use instead.
Here’s my take, Pro’s and Con’s:
Pros:
– Really easy to put together
– Light weight, easy to maneuver/carry around
– Sucks (in a good way!) and picks up a lot of dog/cat/human hair, kitty litter, crumbs from dog cookies, etc…
– Great for hardwood / Tile / hard surface floors (esp. using the sweeper head shown in the main pic, the other one is okay, but I prefer this one with the brush head)
– Super easy to empty
– Retractable cord!
– Quiet – for a vacuum. Its definitely much quieter than my regular sweeper.
Con’s
– Doesn’t ‘flatten’ enough to get far enough under tables, couches, chairs, etc…
The design of where the sweeper head attaches to the tube has a slight bend in it, when means when you lower it to the floor, the sweeper head raises up. So I can’t get all the way under the couch or chair.
– The canister does a pretty poor job of following you, it tips over instead.
I just carry it around, since its so light weight… but if you aren’t able to do that, it can get annoying that it flips over, unless you pull the hose to turn the canister. Its like the hose doesn’t have enough stretch to it, or something, so it just flops over instead.
– No on/off switch on the handle.
I thought that wasn’t going to matter, until I didn’t have it. Now I wish it was there.
– The crevice tools fall off the handle all the dang time.
Unless I’ve totally clipped it on wrong (which, I’m not really sure what other way you can clip it one!) it pops off every time I try to remove a tool, or slightly bump it. Ugh.
– Power button looks identical to the cord retract button.. so I’m constantly retracting the cord instead of powering it on/off lol
Overall, I’m happy with it. This is my first canister vacuum, and it does what I need it to without breaking the bank. A few “quirks” but overall, its convenient and works well.

I just purchased this vacuum and have ultimately decided to return it after using it twice.
I bought it initially because I was looking for a powerful vacuum that would do a deeper clean. This vacuum does have GREAT suction but is actually too powerful for my needs. My house is a mix of tile and hardwood with a few small rugs scattered throughout. The flat brush head that is designed for low pile carpet is so strong that it lifts even the corners/edges of my area rug. It is impossible for me to vacuum the smaller ones without holding all of the corners down somehow.
Additionally, I found it tiresome to have to continue switching brush heads between carpet and hard flooring.
The smaller, brush roller is strange. I found that it didn’t really glide along as I would have liked and it is impossible to use either of the brush heads for both purposes (meaning that you MUST switch them going between hard flooring and carpet).
I’m not sure who this vacuum would be good for. Like I said, it is VERY powerful, especially for the price. Maybe it would be good for you if you just had hard floor or just low pile carpet.
I also think that the cord is a bit too short. With my old Dyson, I could vacuum from one end of my kitchen to the end of my living room but with this vacuum, I have to switch plugs for each room.
Good value but ultimately not what I was looking for.

I’ve purchased two of these now. The first one back in 2016. Bought the second one recently after moving and wanting “new items” for the “new house”. This vacuum does not disappoint. I have two shedding dogs, three grandchildren and we’re always in and out of the house. After vacuuming, you can walk barefoot and not feel a grain on sand on the floors. The hose and accessories are perfect for vacuuming those hard to reach places. The brush head is small which is perfect for those narrow spots that most brush heads don’t fit into.
It’s easy to dismantle to clean all the pieces. I’m not a fan of the “smelly” vacuum smell. This one makes that easy to manage.
Amazon Customer –
I know this is perhaps the least important part of the vacuum, but I have to admit my favourite part of the vacuum is the colours! They are quite unique and I have had a couple of people ask me if I had to specially order it! It has been a handy little vacuum which so far, hasn’t lost any suction power. I do however, miss the dial to turn the suction down, which I had on my old Bissell vacuum. I also love having the two different heads but find myself mostly using the non-revolving one as it can do matts as well.
I only have two complaints about it–the handle where it at attaches to the metal wand falls off randomly. I think there’s too much pressure on it for people who are taller and extend it out too much. Not to be rude, but the vacuum would cater better to shorter people.
My other complaint is that the automatic cord rewind is SO powerful that it will definitely hurt you or someone else if you’re in the way. You have to hold onto the cord and slowly release it.
Other than those things, it’s been a great little vacuum so far and I just hope it lasts as long as my old Bissell that I unfortunately had to retire!

Après 4 mois d’utilisation:
Points forts:
Conclusion:
Je suis satisfaite du produit pour le prix que j’ai payé. Mais si elle brise je n’en rachèterais pas une autre.
