I don’t typically bother to write reviews, but when I was looking for a new vacuum, reviews were SO important! I love this vacuum already! It took less than five minutes to assembly, and it is very user-friendly. It is also a lot quieter than I expected; my dog isn’t as scared of this one as our old one! Not to mention, the retractable cord is an incredibly attractive feature. I had no idea that would make such a dramatic difference.
If you’re like me, you are looking for a dependable vacuum that can handle your pet/s’ hair. I have a yellow lab, and trust me, she sheds ALL THE TIME. I knew it was time to get a new vacuum because our old one was literally just pushing her hair around. Gross! This vacuum handles her hair incredibly well! I was AMAZED at how easily it lifts up the pet hair, especially with the edge-to-edge function. Honestly, it was a little gross to see how much dog hair was coating our carpet, but I was also impressed. The vacuum has several setting, so it works well on our tile floor, our carpet, and our high pile rugs. I would definitely recommend this vacuum. Honestly, I CANNOT believe it works this well for such an incredible price of UNDER $100!!! Guys, seriously, you can’t go wrong. If you’re thinking about it, just BUY THE VACUUM. I’m so glad I did!

The vacuum itself is wonderful, it is everything all the reviews said it would be, lightweight, great suction, attachments work well and are accessible. The one attachment, the corner does not have a space on the vacuum, but you really don’t need to have it on the vacuum. Overall, great design. I will update if anything changes.I would of given it 5 stars, but the customer service and experience so far has been sub level for Amazon. I purchased this on the installment plan and that was a HUGE mistake. I purchased it on a Saturday evening and they ran through 4 installment payments of 38.12 each. Had I not had the funds in my account, I would of been in a a lot of financial distress. I was told they were for Authorization and they were only a dollar by one agent. Not the case. When I called my bank on Monday morning, I was told these weren’t authorization charges, the money wasn’t coming back to me.Amazon still insists it will. It is now Wednesday after I made the purchase, 4 days later, my money is still tied up, I’ve called customer service everyday. I want to just pay off the vacuum and be done with it because I am afraid when they take the next scheduled payment out, this mess will happen again, that they will run it through again more than once – maybe I won’t be as lucky and something will cause an avalanche of bounced check fees. I was told yesterday by a team management leader that I could not just finish the purchase once I’ve entered an installment agreement, which I don’t understand why. I’ve never had a bad experience with amazon prior to this but I am beyond frustrated on a many levels. To add insult to injury, the product was promised on Tuesday and didn’t arrive until Wednesday. I am frustrated my money has been ties up for days, that the agents I spoke with were not consistent, that they charged my card for 4 separate charges of 38.12 , that they have offered nothing to fix this for me short of telling me it was unfortunate that this had happened, it doesn’t happen often and had I incurred fees, they would of taken care of it, but didn’t elaborate if other items bounced due to an amazon error, if they would have covered those as well. I strongly advice to use caution if ever planning to purchase using their installment plan.

I’ve had this vacuum for about 2 weeks now. My husband and I absolutely love it. The suction power on it is great.. if you sweep it next to the wall, it will literally pull up any hair, dirt or dust from the crease between the floor and the wall. It was amazing what we could get out of my floor. We had to empty it twice by just doing one room. My old vacuum did not work that well, and it was an older bissell. This vacuum is pretty light weight and maneuvers very well. It came with a bunch of attachments.. 3 out of the 5 hook onto the vacuum. It even has a suction indicator on the top to see if it’s even suctioning. The retractable cord definitely comes in handy. And it works great on bare floors. It does not work well on shaggy rugs though. We just about burnt the belt testing it. But its overall a great vacuum.

I purchased this vacuum to replace a Shark vacuum that had finally died. I spent days checking features, prices and reviews because I have two dogs and two cats. One of the dogs – who sheds badly – and one of the cats are white and my boyfriend is a cop who’s uniform is a very dark blue, so hair removal was paramount and I was willing to pay a few hundred dollars to get something that would work well. I looked into a Dyson as well as several others that were supposed to be suitable for removing pet hair but after extensively reading user reviews I was unimpressed and evidently so were the reviewer. I was skeptical that for the price the Bissell could be but so good but based on the reviews it seemed to have a better user satisfaction than the others so I decided for the price I didn’t have much to loose. I have had it for a month now and so far I couldn’t be happier. It has outstanding suction power and gets every last white hair off of my dark rug and the furniture. The canister is much bigger than my Shark was which is another big plus. I love the way I no longer have to wind up the cord and instead only need to press a foot button. The cord is slightly shorter than my Shark was but not that much. The Bissell also does great on my hard surface floors. It has a nice selection of attachments but my only complaint is there isn’t a place on the vacuum to store one of the attachments but the rest you can attach to the vacuum. Not sure what they were thinking when they did that. But overall it is a great vacuum at an awesome price. It almost seems too good to be true. If anything changes I will update this review.
