This is a “commercial” vacuum??? Not. Just another false advertisement product.
The plastic hose that connects straight into the vacuum keeps falling off. Am I supposed to apply super glue around the hose so that it doesn’t come off? Seriously Bisell you didn’t check with your engineering and QC department and check it and approve the design before shipping these things out to retail stores??? It looks like a little kid designed this product. It doesn’t even have compartments on the big vacuum body to attach all the included accessories. How on earth did you call this a “commercial” vacuum?

Vacuum works well – the tool caddy falls off easily. A very poor design.

The only thing I can see wrong is the hose not staying in. The suction is remarkable.

Not even two months have pasted and this vacuum is falling apart. Contacted Bissell directly for a response. The first rep stopped communicating after I told her the hinge is broken and the second rep sent a new one because it’s under warranty. Awaiting new vacuum

After one year of normal use, the smooth floor attachment broke in half where it connects to the tube and the cloth bag has disintegrated to the point it is unusable. I expected more from a so called commercial vacuum.

I am very happy with this vacuum! I bought it about 3 months ago I use it several times a day 5 days a week for my business. It’s well made, it works great, it is a professional small vacuum, with awesome suction, all at a reasonable price. You can roll it on the floor, or you can carry it, it’s light weight. It comes with tools as well. I looked long and hard after my last small vacuum parts broke from dropping them. That’s not going to happen here with this vacuum. I give it 5 stars!

Commercial grade vacuum that will not break the bank.
I operate a commercial cleaning company and use this model due to the suction power and being so light.
It is very durable and compact. I wish replacement parts were more widely available.
