Very easy to use, my one issue is in small spaces it can be a bit of a pain to maneuver. Also, I highly suggest the powered head attachment. 50FT cord for most businesses and some residential, seems to be the perfect length. I purchased the Atrix carrying bag and so far, I put it in the bag took it to my first contract and haven’t used it since its more of a pain to get in and out than it’s worth. and the quality seems to be lacking a bit, the zipper feels cheap, so i might be returning it and swapping it out for more bags, or an adjustable wand. If i could give one recommendation to Atrix it would be to offer either the extendable wand or the 2-piece wand.

Le manche est toutefois le point faible de cette balayeuse. Il se sépare en deux parties seulement et n’est pas télescopique donc c’est tout un ou tout l’autre.
Nous avons acheté un manche télescopique ailleur et tout est parfait.

I have a large house, and it’s great to just suit up and GO. I can reach all of my house with one 50-foot extension cord from a centrally-located outlet. There’s a slight learning curve about how to avoid bonking into walls, door jambs etc but you learn fast (!). It’s not good for spot cleaning, as it’s a production to get the cord rolled out, get the thing mounted, etc and the hose is no longer than you can use with the pack on your back. But for cleaning the whole house in one fell swoop it’s really great!
Not super powerful, but I find it’s not an issue, it really cleans fine and is pretty quiet. Also, the 2-stage filtration is great, there’s no hint of “vacuum breath” dust and smells.

I just received my Ergo and wow… for $100 more for this ‘Pro’ version, there’s no handle as there is for the lower end model??? Seriously? Can someone explain this to me?
Not only that, how do you connect the accessories? To me the directions are absolutely useless.
If I could give a 0 rating, at this point I would.
I may change my rating, but right now my first impression is ‘meh, not worth my time’.

My house can get pretty dusty with all of my active dogs. I bought this for 1 reason, vacuuming walls and ceilings. It would be better if you had just a straight attachment rather than the ergonomic one. Using an extension cord also is kind of a hassle but beggers can’t be choosers. Like I said it the title it does what I need it to do. That said my dead Kirby was the best all around unit. I am just not going to pay $2500 to replace it.

The vacuum is powerful and has quite a few useful attachments. I use it for furniture, blinds and vacuuming my car upholstery. Disposable bags are easy in and out. I do wish it came with a bracket on wheels however

Great vacuum. Works well and is quieter than their non pro version. It’s not a shop vac or anything, definitely designed to be used indoors in homes or offices. Does what it’s supposed to do really well though.
