- PRECISION LIDAR MAPPING & EFFICIENT CLEANING -The Wyze Robot Vacuum knows your home better than you. It features seven sets of sensors to map your home, navigate around obstacles, and avoid falling downstairs. It uses the most advanced Lidar sensor to scan your rooms in seconds and navigates a neat path for each room, using straight-line movements to vacuum hardwood and carpet.
- SMART & APP CONTROL- You can select a room and send your Wyze Robot Vacuum out for an impromptu cleaning. Have cords under your desk? Dog bowls in the corner? No problem. You can create a “No go zone” to tell your cleaner machine where it can’t go.
- 2100PA POWERFUL SUCTION – A high-torque brush roll, a side brush for edges, and 2100Pa suction power to get the tough stuff. Three modes of Quiet, Standard, and Strong are available in the Wyze app to clean the embedded dust, dirt, crumbs, and pet hairs correspondingly.
- MULTI-SURFACE VACUUMING – Wyze Robot Vacuum cleans all surfaces, hardwood floor, and high pile carpet. The robotic cleaner can cross height gaps up to 0.8 in (20 mm) to clean across any road bumps.
- AUTOMATIC SELF-CHARGING & 110 MINS RUNTIME – Wyze Vac runs up to 110 mins on a single charge. It will drive itself back to the charging station after it has finished its path. Or, if the battery gets low during cleaning, it returns for a charge before picking it back up right where it left off.

It vacuums well, it mostly navigates fine without bumping into walls, it is thorough, you can tell it to spot clean from the app and set schedules, and even tell it to vacuum specific rooms. At this price, it’s a great deal and I would buy again.
However, it does get caught on my rug pretty frequently, and can get caught on things at just the right height. Luckily you can set no go zones in the app so it won’t go to the objects it can’t avoid.
The only other issue is that it will sometimes get confused and think it passed through a wall and entered a sort of mirror version of the room. This can cause unexpected behavior like not avoiding no go zones, cleaning areas multiple times, and failing to return home. While this is annoying, it’s worth it for the price, features, and performance.

This is our first robo vacuum and we are so impressed with it from the floor mapping, to the cleaning power, overall design and cleaning efficiency. I did some research and when I found out that Wyze made a robot vacuum that ticked off all my boxes I just stopped looking. I love Wyze products and the vacuum uses the same app that I have used for years with my other Wyze products. As far as cleaning goes we have multiple surfaces in the house including dark hardwood floors, ceramics and a number of area rugs. The vacuum worked superbly on all of them. I can select to do the entire floor or just one room. Software works great. The vacuum is a little noisy if it’s not set to quite but still very tolerable and a lot less noisy than any regular vacuum.

Our new robot overlord has arrived, and we call her Bertha. Bertha was very easy to set up and runs very happily through our home.
In all honesty, we’re horrible house keepers. I get sick of cleaning, the 12 year old rebels against it, the husband cleans in spurts every few months and the quadrupeds (a dog and 2 cats) are utterly useless. As I work towards being a better house keeper and drag the family along I figured it would be nice to have little help. So I ordered Bertha. She helps me remember to straiten up and takes care of the sweeping for me. This is how she is taking over our lives and forcing us to be better at humaning. Stinking robotic overlord!
In all seriousness here are some pros and cons
Pros
-really not that loud even on the standard setting
-quite thorough (although I’ve really only had her work on hard floors)
-easy to clean
-works pretty quickly
-good suction
-mapped each room pretty well and avoided the basement stairs like a pro
-her talking voice is nice and soothing as it lulls us into submission to do things like save her or tell us she’s charging.
Cons
-natural enemy of stringy toys that might have been left around by creatures or kids
-quick mapping is a little wonky-best to just let her map while working
-if you accidently allow her into a place where you don’t want her (like a child’s bedroom) then close the door to block her from returning in the same clean it’s kind of tricky to convince her to move along and ignore the death trap of a room
Overall. Great product so far. I’ll try to update when we’ve been serving our overlord for longer than a day or two.
EDIT: well it’s been a month now since our new robotic overlord has come to stay with us and it’s going quite well. Bertha does a good job of vacuuming all of our hard floor spaces according to the schedule we set and sometimes when we just run her an extra time. The natural enemies of the robot vacuum are dropped face masks and charging cords. It’s a little cumbersome to untangle these things from the vacuum bits but not so bad-and really we should pay more attention to them before Bertha is tangled.
New Pros: Bertha fits under the beds and gets to those places that I would typically forget about. She also does her best to clean up stuffed animal fluff left behind by the dog.
Con (ish): It was a little clunky to block off areas from her grasp and that led to her knocking out the wifi a couple of times
Still would recommend this little machine to anyone. It is saving a lot of fights in the house over sweeping. Oh! And the dog is getting progressively less terrified of it even if the cats still run and hide when Bertha is running.

I think this is a amazing vacuum Especially if your looking for you first vacuum . Works amazing I have a husky so during the summer he sheds like crazy and I have had no issues with this thing picking up his hair or anything else for that matter . I mostly have it on the lowest level for suction and haven’t found nothing it can’t clean up at that level . If there could be 2 things I wish it would do or could have it improvements on . It would be 1 and Wyze j hope you guys read these reviews so you know what to improve on it . But 1 if it’s possible give it the ability to notify the user when the dust bin is full . It’s not very big so it dosen’t take long for it to fill up . So that would be a great feature . 2 plz give this thing the ability to make different maps for different floors . That would be such an amazing feature . But over all this thing is awesome and if your looking for something just to start out or something on a budget then this is the way to go

I’ve been using this vacuum for a few months now, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, its mapping capabilities are impressive. It navigates around my home with ease, creating accurate maps of each room. When it’s in operation, it can be surprisingly quiet, which is great for not disturbing the household.
Emptying the dustbin is a breeze; it’s designed to be user-friendly in that aspect. The vacuum also responds quickly to commands from the app, which is robust and easy to use.
However, there are a few significant drawbacks. The brush is about an inch too long, and this causes issues as it often hits and goes under the wheel, pulling bristles out in the process. Another downside is that there’s no “full warning” indicator. After cleaning a couple of rooms, I have to remember to check and empty it manually.
In terms of suction power, it leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn’t pick up debris as well as I hoped. It seems more suited for a daily refresh after using a traditional push vacuum rather than being a standalone cleaning solution. While it’s the best I’ve had so far, it’s not quite ready for prime time yet.

I am replacing a Neato D6 vacuum. I was skeptical about this vacuum because of the price. I must say I am very impressed. Once I got it set up with the app, things went very smoothly and easily. I was able to change/split rooms on the map, set up scheduling easily and vacuum individual rooms just by touching the map in the app. It is quieter than my previous vacuum but seems to do a better job. I like the way it methodically cleans each room in a consistent manner. My other vacuum would go through a different pattern/order each time it ran. This one vacuums each room in the same way and in the same order so I know where it is going next. It did exactly what it was supposed to do without any problems. I would highly recommend this vacuum.

I have been after a robot vacuum for years but they were just so bad and so many horror stories. I tried to arrange things so it would not get stuck (Cords mostly). I did not realize that on a mapping run that it doesnt vacuum so I went a little overboard. So dont worry about cat dishes or shoes it wont get caught up mapping. I expected what most people have to say about robot vacuums that do not replace a vacuum, I disagree. I have 3 cats 2 teenagers and they are all slobs. I was away for 3 weeks with the kids at home, you can imagine. This thing cleaned my laminate floors with ease including a small carpent 4×6 for shoes. I though it was quite impressive that I just had to mop. This floor had kitty litter that was tracked on it, no not the sand like stuff, the large stuff and nothing was left to be caught by mopping. The no go areas are perfect I used 1 for the cats food and water and 1 for behind the tv.
I really don’t see any negatives here. Do I think the Dyson does a better job for deep carpet cleaning, absolutely, You know what the Dyson doesnt do ? vacuum daily by itself so dirt doesnt build up. Lets be honest here, if i wanted to do it myself, I wouldnt have bought the robot.
In my opinion Wyze has done an excellent job and I would advise anyone who is in the market to try this one, so much cheaper.

I hesitated on purchasing a robot vacuum as I’d heard mixed reviews and many complaints (poor suction, get stuck all the time) but when we moved with our dog to a new house with over 700 square feet of open concept space on the main floor, I did some research and decided on this Wyze. It’s been a game changer! Great value for the price.
Pros
-set up and mapping was super easy
-you can set “no go” zones for areas that might have lots of obstacles
-the app is easy to use and I can schedule cleans or turn it on from my phone. It also shows you exactly where the vacuum is and notifies you of it gets stuck or the battery is low
-it’s not super loud, we use standard suction mode and it does a great job
-it gets ALL the dog hair and everything else
Cons
-it does get stuck on cords and dog toys, so a quick tidy or setting no go zones is needed
-it doesn’t self empty – we empty it every second vacuum
-it takes about an hour to vacuum our main floor
