First off for a few months it worked great… With that said…good luck at getting any customer support! They Suck! Second… I have had my unit now for 5 months and it started shooting hot steam up and out through the handle… It burned me so bad I have to seek medical attention… Would be great if I could actually speak with someone to get this replaced…or a full refund…

We received this product about a week ago, and my wife has put it to the test in cleaning our kitchen and bathroom tiles and glass door(s). She says it works well, but approximate 20 min steam time could be improved so that she can clean more area, without refilling and waiting for the steamer to heat up again, so hopefully, the tank can be expanded so the unit can run for say 40 mins, which will improve efficiency to get most household jobs done with just 1 filling without interrupting your work time to refill and wait for the unit to heat back up to steam level again. She also mentioned that the hose/wand could be a 2-3 feet longer so it can cover taller shower areas at the ceiling level (typically 8-9 feet high from the floor) without having to lift the unit up onto a platform from the floor. But for the most part she is happy/satisfied with this purchase. Looking forward to trying it out on our hardwood and tile flooring, as well as cleaning my automobile wheels in the near future.

After 3 years of using another steam floor mop, it finally gave out. I did a lot of review and found that this mop would serve all my needs. I received it today and I was pleasantly surprised by the steam that it produced and how clean my floors came out? I found the unit to be lightweight and quite easy to use. I would highly recommend this steam cleaner for anyone looking to clean Tile or hard floors. I can’t wait to use all the attachments on my bathroom tiles and also on other items throughout my home.

Steam gets hot in boiler but is almost cold by the time it reaches the surface to be cleaned, therefore no sanitizing is taking place. Only way to sanitize is in small patches by leaving the appliance in one spot for 20 seconds or more.

There truly isn’t another item like this that I could find. It takes up the same space as a mop, but can do things that are irreplaceable. This steam cleaner along with detail nozzle is removing dirt from crevices that would otherwise be completely inaccessible to clean. You can tell it’s built to last which is why they are so confident with their 5 year warranty. Even customer service personally responded to an email within 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. All in all you really get what you pay for with this; rather, beyond what you pay. Everyone should have one.

My previous steamer used a bottle of hard floor cleaning solution (over multiple cleanings, not all at once) and left the floor very wet. Replacement bottles were discontinued, making the steamer obsolete. When looking for new steamers, I considered the M2R and the M4S. I settled on the M4S because of the additional attachments, one of them being a grout brush.
The steamer was pretty easy to set up; take your time and follow the instructions. As you put it together, you will become familiar with the parts. After you’re done assembling it, take the time – without actually using it – to familiarize yourself with the controls. It took me a few minutes to figure out how the buttons worked. There’s only two of them so it’s really easy to use. One button applies steam to the bottom (through the pad), and it can be locked to stay on (a full tank is supposed to last about 20 minutes; I have not had to put this to the test). The other button sends steam out to the front. This one can’t be locked, but it shouldn’t be necessary to use it continuously; all the cleaning action takes place underneath.
My first use was cleaning a few spots on the carpet using the carpet pad and glider. When I filled the tank, a little bit of water (maybe about a teaspoon) spilled out before the bottle stopped draining (this also occurs on subsequent refills). I pre-treated the spots before running the steamer over them. It did a great job of removing them.
I have also used the steamer twice on the kitchen tile floor. It does not leave the floor wet like my old steamer and dries very quickly. But the pad did stick to the steamer very tightly. The second time, the tab tore off of the pad while trying to remove the pad. I even had some difficulty removing it by hand. The steamer did a great job on the floor both times. There was one spot the second time that it would not get rid of, so a little hand labor was needed to remove it. I have not used it enough to experience the pad rolling under, as some other reviews have stated.
I like that a cleaning solution isn’t needed. I like the assortment of attachments. I will make use of the grout brush in the future. I like that the pads are machine washable. I also like that it can be used as a portable steam cleaner. It comes with a bag that all the attachments and a few pads are kept in. Tip: you can also keep the manual in the bag so it will be available whenever you need to look up how to use an attachment.
One star off for the small spillage of water and the tab tearing off. But, overall, I am impressed with the M4S. Some people may find it to be a little pricey, but you do get a number of items and features with it. It is worth the cost to me and I would recommend it.

Since getting this steamers I have cleaned more than ever. It not only makes it very satisfying but you are able clean things like never before. Once I get it out is is hard to stop! It cleans grout so well I showed before and after photos to friends and they bought one and are thrilled.

I bought New Euroflex Vapour M4S, unpacking as well as assembling everything took me about 15 minutes, Fillup with water and after 5 minutes the main test (my floor are ceramic tails) I cleaned 800 sqft (steem-up) in 20 minutes. Works fantastically, very easy to use and operate. Just GREAT product (thank YOU “euroflex”) Before buying I did a thorough research of similar products & I am so happy I buy this one.
