Got the product but no manual. There’s no indication on water tank how much to fill it to so I had to guess. Also I don’t know how to do the self-cleaning. The product itself removed my stain and was easy to use. Would be helpful with instructions!

Parts missing: I only received the angle brush. The brush head (standard brush and hose-cleaning tool) are missing.
I haven’t tried it yet, not sure if I should ask for a replacement before or if I can get the missing parts sent to me.

After 1st use, 1/4 tank full, 15minutes into use, this product leaks fromthe bottom. After 1+week of multiple emails to get a replacement, they have me doing trouble shooting by removing screwed on bottom panel. After that they indicated that the product wasn’t dry enough as the cause. It was leaking in its 1st use.
Repeatedly I asked to return this product and be mailed a new product. Repeatedly there’s a new trouble shooting suggestion that is irrelevant to the situation.
