Ho acquistato il TOSIMA W3 in occasione del prime day, come al solito il servizio di consegna sempre impeccabile.
Come prima cosa il packaging, veramente bello e utile in quanto presenta un comodo contenitore con zip che può contenere tutti i componenti, tra cui i mop di ricambio (N°6), il cavo di sicurezza, l’alimentatore, un comodo strumento per la pulizia degli ugelli, un flacone spray (vuoto) e, naturalmente, le istruzioni.
Appena sballato il tutto ho collegato in carica il Tosima W3 ed effettuato il carico di soluzione per detergere i vetri, nel mio caso ho usato poche gocce di prodotto concentrato diluito in acqua, e ho provveduto a riempire il serbatoio dedicato, ho montato i mop e subito al lavoro! Il prodotto svolge benissimo il suo lavoro, non lascia nessun tipo di alone, ma questo è anche merito della soluzione/prodotto che andrete ad utilizzare e si è rilevato particolarmente adatto anche su superfici vetrate di grandi dimensioni. Mi è molto utile per pulire le finestre del vano scala che altrimenti necessitano dell’utilizzo o di una scala o di particolari mosse atletiche per effettuare la pulizia manuale. Per rendere la pulizia impeccabile necessita di piccoli ritocchi manuali con un panno in microfibra negli angoli, ma niente di impossibile. Segnalo che dopo circa un mese di inutilizzo ho dovuto contattare il servizio clienti via mail e si sono resi subito disponibili e cordiali nell’aiutarmi risolvendo in pieno il mio problema che non era legato ad un cattivo funzionamento ma semplicemente perché dopo molto tempo di inutilizzo bisogna lasciare in carica il Tosima W3 prima dell’utilizzo, infatti presenta all’interno una batteria che permette di non far “staccare” dal vetro il dispositivo in caso di mancanza di tensione.
Che dire, prodotto consigliatissimo, lui pulisce i vetri, BENE…e tu fai altro!

Bought this thing on a whim figuring if it didn’t work out then not too much lost. But it works great. Sure, there are some drawbacks — you can’t fit a round cleaning pad in a square window corner, but whatever. You will need to have a clean rag or paper towel with you anyway when it finishes its cleaning cycle and you take it off the glass. You’ll need the rag or paper towels right then to immediately wipe off the two wet disks of window cleaner where the robot just was so it doesn’t leave two big round spots. So those are the drawbacks. Here are the benefits:
1. Pet robot! So fun! The future is NOW! Be the first on your block! Amaze your neighbors when you do the outside windows! And it makes cleaning your windows fun, which is worth the price of admission right there.
2. Reaches those tall windows you would otherwise need to risk your neck climbing a ladder. This was a real benefit for me. Not having to get the ladder out of the garage and wrestle it all around the house, smashing down the landscaping bushes next to the house? Just reach the bottom-most part of the windows, stick the robot on the glass and let ‘er rip. So great.
3. IT LETS YOU GO DO OTHER STUFF WHILE THE WINDOWS ARE GETTING CLEANED! Seriously — you could probably just spritz some Windex and wipe down with paper towels and it would be faster, but you’d be the one doing all the work and it would be taking up all your time. This thing is time-intensive (but it takes up its own time, not any of yours because you’re off doing other stuff) and it’s labor-intensive (but it does all the labor itself so you don’t have to do anything). This is a real benefit — I did a load of laundry and put away the dishes while it was cleaning the windows. Try doing that while you’re up on a ladder with some Windex.
Here are a few tips and tricks I figured out on my own learning curve that I wish somebody here had shared with me, so I’ll share them with you now:
I don’t know why people are complaining about this thing falling all the time — you must be doin’ it wrong. I cleaned all the windows inside and out — the outside windows TWICE — and my little pet robot only fell one time. I think what’s happening is that everybody here is following the STUPID DIRECTIONS that the company writes. Spray the cleaning pads with glass cleaner FIRST before you stick the robot to the window — don’t saturate them exactly, but get them good and moist because everybody knows a suction cup sticks better to glass when it’s wet. If you put a dry microfiber cleaning pad on a sheet of glass, don’t be surprised if it loses suction. Spray the pads first to get them moist and the suction will be better.
That one time my pet robot fell to the ground? It was because I hadn’t ensured the cord was LONG ENOUGH for it to get all the way up to the top of a tall outside window. Make sure you untangle the power cord and it has enough slack for the thing to travel — sounds obvious, but it the cord could be tangled around the legs of the kitchen table, or hooked on a bush outside, and then it will pull your robot off the window.
Just always press the 2X button on the remote to have it run through two complete cleaning cycles of each window. Stick the robot to the glass with a long press of the big power button on the robot, then the next (and only) thing you do is press the 2X button on the remote. Are you in a hurry to get it done in one pass? Why? You’re not doing the work, the robot is. And it will always do a better job with two passes than one. No reason not to ALWAYS run the 2X cleaning passes and every reason to do it. Why do a half-assed job when it’s not even you doing the work? Stick the robot to the window, press the 2X button on the remote, and go fold the laundry. That’s part of the benefit of having this thing at all.
Know how you might rinse off your plates before putting them in the dishwasher to get really clean? If you have a hose handy for the outside windows, it really makes sense to just do that with your outside windows. Lots of grime and grit adhere to the outside of windows especially, and a quick rinse with the hose saves you from having to change the microfiber cleaning pads several times for each window. Those microfiber pads can pick up and hold a lot of dirt, but after some point they’re full and all they can do is just smear the grime around and you have to put on a clean pad. Save yourself some time with a quick hose-down of the outside windows and then let your pet robot sparkle ’em right up.
Buy an extra set of microfiber cleaning pads here on Amazon — you can always use them and it’s irritating to get halfway through a whole-home window-cleaning project and then run out of pads. Best would be to change the pads after every two or three windows — you get a really good result that way, especially if you run the 2X setting to have the robot do two full cleaning cycles on each window.

Iets wat ik nog nooit voor mogelijk had gehouden.maar het werkt. Je moet wel een beetje uitvinden hoe. Want in de beschrijven kom je niet heel ver dan alleen technische dingen. Zo zou het handig zijn om te weten waarom en hoe je dat veiligheid touwtje moet doen , aan een raam heb je daar geen mogelijkheid voor. Ook het beste gebruik staat niets in . Ik wist via referenties dat je eerst je raam nat of vochtig moet maken . Ik moet toch nog veel dingen uitvinden .

Limpia muchÃsimo más de lo que pensaba. Siempre utilizo el limpiacristales normal del supermercado, rociando el cristal antes de su uso.
Para mi entender, sólo hay que tener en cuenta tres cosas:
– Los mejores resultados se dan cuando el cristal a limpiar está en la sombra, fuera del sol directo. En caso contrario, también limpia pero se ve un poco la traza de las alfombrillas.
РLas esquinas se tienen que repasar a mano. Por razones geom̩tricas, es imposible su limpieza.
– El cristal a limpiar debe de ser lo suficientemente ancho para que el robot pueda girar por entero sobre si mismo. En caso contrario, caerá. No apto para cristales con un ancho inferior a los 30 cm aprox.
En todo caso estoy muy satisfecho del producto. Viene con muchos recambios de alfombrillas de limpieza (lavables), cable de seguridad y toma eléctrica super larga para los cristales más grandes. Incluso te incluye un pequeño recipiente para pulverizar en el cristal tu producto preferido de limpieza.
En caso de fallo del fluido eléctrico, el robot deja de limpiar pero no se cae: empieza a pitar y tienes un buen rato para recuperarlo mediante el mando a distancia, ya que dispone de una baterÃa para este tipo de contratiempos.
En general – y siguiendo los consejos básicos que he dado – considero que es una buena herramienta de limpieza.

I cleaned my glass shower doors (2) with this today and it took 2.5 hours to complete. During that time, I had to constantly supervise and troubleshoot the robot. It would clean the same spot for 20 mins even though it was completely clean. I had to manually move it to another spot and it would start the whole process all over again. There’s clearly no AI or smart mapping with this. It did clean the glass doors pretty well and it was nice I didn’t have to scrub them myself. However, it took wayyyy longer than it would’ve if I had done it, and I had to stand there the whole time watching it. So it seems like an inefficient cleaning method.

I was skeptical that this window cleaner would work. But it does. I have second story windows that have not been cleaned on the outside for 7 years(old house hard to get to)
This did the trick. Bonus! It cleaned my glass shower walls. The suction never failed and it was easy to use. Like others said it isn’t perfect. It can’t clean corners but it gets pretty close. It leaves some small streaks depending on how dirty your windows are and the cleaning product used. But neither of these issues are deal breakers by any means. I’m not one for gadgets but this baby is worth it. Highly recommend.

Vor allen die Balkontüren sind so mühselig zu reinigen, weil ziemlich hoch.
So legten wir uns dieses Wunderding zu.
Ist sehr schnell und super verpackt angekommen.
Sieht sehr schön aus, ist sehr gut verarbeitet, keine Kanten usw. und schwerer als ich dachte.
Dennoch saugt sich das Ding richtig fest und macht seinen Job super.
Wir besprühen die Pads mit nem Fensterreiniger von Kärcher den man verdünnen muss und alles wird blitze blank.
Es ist normal laut würde ich sagen, konzeptions bedingt, da es an der Scheibe auch halten soll.
Das Sicherungsseil ist lang genug, haben es die ersten male verwendet, jetzt legen wir nur ein Kissen unterhalb, nur so zur Sicherheit.
6 Pads Paare sind dabei, wir wechseln pro Balkontür 1 Paar aus.
Sind sehr zufrieden.
