I don’t understand why people have negative things to say… I’ve had 5 different stick vacuums and this is by far the BEST one yet. The suction is so powerful. Off carpet and on. It actually leaves vacuum marks on my carpet which is rare for stick vacs that I’ve had. I can HEAR it sucking things up even though I don’t see anything. I love that is automatically senses big messes so it switches to Max mode. It’s seriously an amazing vacuum. I definitely recommend. I got it on sale for 150 and I’m so grateful.

This Tineco vacuum is slim and light, but surprisingly powerful. This vacuum sucks up everything from dust to sunflower seeds and dog kibble. The vacuum is cordless, so I can vacuum with it completely unrestricted, I can vacuum anywhere and not be dependent on an electrical outlet. There’s no cord to trip over, or have to wrap and unwrap. It’s incredibly convenient. My main floor is 1500 square feet, and I can vacuum it all on a single charge. Somehow the suction is the same (or better) than my corded stock vac which blows me away. Prior to this vacuum I had actively avoided cordless vacuums because I assumed that they would lack suction, but that is absolutely not the case with this vacuum.
The vacuum comes with hardware to hang it on the wall for storage. It charges via a standard wall plug, and it only takes a couple of hours to get a full charge.
The vacuum has lights on the vacuum head, which really helps me to see what I’m vacuuming up. The head of the vacuum is incredibly “flexible” it turns easily to go around corners, it’s very easy to maneuver. It’s low profile enough to glide under my couch. The vacuum head is “anti-tangle” and it is very effective. I have LOTS of really long hair that generally clogsup my vacuum roller but I’ve had ZERO issues with hair getting caught up in this one (game changer, honestly).
With regards to volume level: I mean, it’s a vacuum. It’s neither louder nor quieter than any other vacuum I’ve used. I find it acceptable.
The vacuum comes with a crevice attachment that simply snaps on or off in place of the vacuum head.
The vacuum has a cannister and doesn’t require bags (yay!). It’s easy to empty, there’s a button that pops the cannister out of the main body and then another button to pop the bottom of the cannister open so I can empty it out. Bagless vacuum aren’t as allergy friendly (some potential for exposure to what you’ve vacuumed up when emptying it) but I personally prefer a bag less vacuum – I never have to worry about running out of bags, and there’s no waste.
This vacuum is incredibly effective on hard floors. I have a few ultra-low-pile area rugs in my bedroom, and the vacuum glides with ease over them from hard floor and back. Any rug with any sort of pile other than ULTRA LOW is not compatible with this vacuum. If your entire house is carpeted, this definitely isn’t the vacuum for you! My house is all hard floors (a mix of tile and hardwood) and this vacuum is perfect. It’s super light and easy to maneuver. This vacuum is solid – feels well made, and it’s a breeze to use. For homes like mine, with hard floors, I would recommend this vacuum without hesitation. It makes vacuuming feel like less of a chore, and that’s saying something!

The Tineco A30S Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner is an excellent choice for anyone looking to keep their home clean with minimal effort. With its 160W powerful suction, it effortlessly captures dust, debris, and pet hair from both carpets and hard floors, making it perfect for everyday use.
One of the standout features is the large 1L dustbin, which is significantly larger than previous models like the Tineco A10. This means fewer interruptions while cleaning, as you won’t need to empty the bin as frequently, allowing you to clean your entire house in one go.
The impressive 60-minute runtime on a single charge is another major plus. It provides ample time to thoroughly clean your home without having to stop and recharge, which is particularly useful for larger spaces.
The PureCyclone Technology ensures that air and dust are powerfully separated, preventing pre-filter clogging and maintaining strong suction power throughout your cleaning session. This technology, combined with the 5-stage filtration system, captures up to 99.97% of dust and debris as small as 0.3μm, ensuring a cleaner and healthier home environment.
Additionally, the ZeroTangle brush and LED headlight make cleaning more efficient by allowing you to see and remove dust and debris from hard-to-reach areas easily.
Overall, the Tineco A30S is a must-buy for anyone who needs a reliable, powerful, and easy-to-use vacuum cleaner for both hard floors and carpets. Its combination of powerful suction, long battery life, and advanced filtration makes it an excellent investment for maintaining a clean and healthy home. Highly recommended!

This model is not good for carpet/rugs. I had to return mine. it’s only good for hardwood floors

Pros
-Strong suction
-Well built
-No tangle brush works
-Long battery life
-Excellent on bare floors
Cons
-At 10lbs it’s heavy for a stick vac.
-Strong suction and the heavier weight makes it harder to push/pull on carpets so vacuuming larger areas can get very tiring.
-like almost all stick vacs, it cannot be used on lightweight area rugs, because there is no way to adjust the brush height or lower suction strength.
Conclusion
If you mainly need a vacuum with very strong suction for bare floors, it’s a great choice, but If you’re on the frail side or prefer an easier to maneuver stick vacuum for carpets, this one may not be for you.

Honestly, I hate that i have to review this as a 1 star. The auction is super powerful, it’s very light, but it’s not built for function. The handle/battery/dustbin portion is 95% of the weight and it felt awkward right out of the box. But then trying to use it was a complete failure. Going over my carpet I couldn’t even move it back and forth. The suction was so strong and the vacuum head has so little weight that it just stuck to the rug.
I wish I had better things to say

Very happy with our new Tineco A30S. Much better suction power than our Tineco A10 Essential (that died after a few months with a wet cleaning – bad idea!).
Any cordless can do our hardwood floors, but we have 2 door mats that have been challenging for the A10 but are cleaning well with the A30S.
The automatic speed adjustment works well but, for the door mats, I speed it up manually by pushing the right button. (It took me a while to figure that one out, the documentation was not helpful).
Best part is that it requires minimum cleaning (compared to the A10) as everything comes apart (unlike the newer A10) so your can wet clean without damaging the electronic.
It handles well and the weight and battery life are good.
After 2 months of use I can say it is the best cordless we’ve had.

Seeing some inaccuracies and contradictions in other reviews here so just to clear a few things up…
Pros
-The A30s looks very nice with quality parts and accessories. One of the nicer looking vacuums imo.
-The battery does last. Almost an hour on the lower settings. Max setting only used once in a while when necessary.
-The battery is detachable for charging and replacing if needed.
-It does roll easily enough on both hard floor and carpet. On carpet you just need to drop your arm a bit and not push on the carpet. Let the vacuum use it’s suction and it will deep clean carpet relatively effortlessly.
-Hasn’t tangled at all so far. “Zero tangle” seems to be working. Very impressive. Not one hair yet.
-Simple controls with just two buttons.
-Feels nice maneuvering/holding it.
-It’s not too loud.
-Large 1L dustbin holds quite a bit. Only has to be emptied every few vacuum sessions.
-Hepa filter which I THINK is well sealed. (A lot of cheaper vacuums are not and will blow smaller particles back out into your air). This one seems to be solid and well sealed but admittedly haven’t properly tested this. Would like to see someone do one of those smoke tests on YT.
-Attachments slide on and off easily.
-On sale it’s very good value.
-Very nice packaging. All cardboard, no styrofoam, small box.
Cons
-It is heavy at about 10lbs. You get used to it and it’s not as big of an issue because you’re not using it very long typically but compared to most other cordless handhelds it’s heavier.
-There is no visual feedback when switching between the three modes. The light stays blue. Would be nice for the light to either change color or brightness or position when switching. As is you cycle through the 3 modes and remember 1 press, 2 press, 3 press and can usually tell by the noise of the increased/decreased power which mode you’re in.
-it doesn’t stand up on its own. But it does rest on a flat surface well sitting on the dustbin.
-While the head fits under a low couch (pro), you won’t get very deep with the vacuum not lying flat against the floor.
-Would be nice to have another attachment for handheld use like the short flexible hose attachment they sell separately (but in a package of attachments so not cheap)
Overall really like it. Once you get used to the weight (isn’t an issue at all now) then it’s very versatile and does a good job in just about every situation. No problems so far. If they got the weight down a couple lbs that would be nice but considering the size of the battery and dustbin and quality feel of the solid parts might be difficult.
Recommended on sale.

This is a decent stick vac Id say, suction is great! It does seem a little loud for a compact vacuum though and sometimes it doesn’t glide across the floor as easy as I’d like.
Joel Cermele –
Likes: powerful suction, easy to maneuver, long run time.
Dislikes: doesn’t stand on it’s own or lock upright, no extra battery available, fairly heavy, fully emptying dirt bin is messy, suction is so powerful that loose mats and rugs will get sucked into rollers.
Hearing Doc –
Great on tile and hardwood, lots of suction and edge pick up. Quite top-heavy though, so if you have any wrist problem, I wouldn’t recommend. TOO much suction for area rugs. Charge lasts for my whole 2200 sq ft house. Easy to empty after mastering the latch.

Easy to clean charging very fast
After I spent 2 to 3 weeks looking for godless vacuum to buy, and after doing my research, finally I got the one Jerry fast, very high power, most of people they said the battery Doesn’t stay a lot, but for me it’s working perfect
