Just saw, and ordered, a Tikom 10-pack of HEPA filters! These are now available for sale under *Tikom filters* . Search on it. It’s $19.99 for the HEPA filters 10 pack. Apparently it’ll take a month (!) to get to USA but I’ll take it. Just happy to have them available by themselves, not bundled with anything unnecessary. Yay!

Apparently the Tikom company’s customer service actually reads, replies and responds to our reviews and issues!
I became frustrated at having to buy this bundle again (see original review below) l when I only needed the white HEPA filters to be replaced. Tikom contacted me (!), and posted on replies both here and for the Tikom vacuum itself, that they are arranging with the factory to supply *just* HEPA filters,10 at a time. Yay!!! That works fine for me. And I’m sure for everyone else who had asked for same.
Very, very impressed with the excellent customer service! The attention to our queries as well as the (negative) reviews is really rare these days. Too often the Seller gets their orders, gets paid and is gone with the wind. Not Tikom!
Very good business practices. I’m definitely impressed! Put back to 5 stars for the vacuum, the replacement parts (filters expected in 2 months’ time) and especially the (fast and satisfying) response to customers.

Just need additional HEPA filters! Like so many other queries… This is the only way to buy them?!? What a rip-off. Ridiculous.
I’m accumulating the other replacement parts that I won’t need to replace for * months* !!! Meanwhile since the HEPA filters are not washable, unlike the other parts, I’m having to run it withOUT the black pre-filters and HEPA filters! Don’t think it’s a good idea, but I have no other options. Thx to seller not making them available

And I’m no longer recommending the Tikom robotic vacuum to anyone,! Do NOT buy this vacuum, replacement parts not available 8n any logical way. Makes the vacuum a Bad Deal.

Da ich mir den Tikom Saugroboter gekauft habe, kaufte ich mir auch gleich die Ersatzteile, denn früher oder später braucht man diese, denn nichts hält ewig. So hab ich gleich die Ersatzteile, wenn es mal nötig wird sie auszutauschen. Es ist ein Wischtuch, eine Bürste, 2 Propellerbürsten und einige Filter enthalten.

I did not expect this to work very well on my kitchen floors but it really did. I keep the lint container cleaned out, fill water attachment, but I also washed
the wiping fabric before I use it each time. Reasonable price.
