Love this. Came well package and setup was simple. I was able to plug and play within minutes. I used spring water (as opposed to tap), but distilled water is recommended so I will pick some up to have on hand. This made cleaning a breeze and picked up more than my swiffer does. If you have pets, this is especially fantastic to have on hand. Can’t believe I didn’t get a steam mop sooner.

I tested on a dried coffee spill spot on engineered bamboo, it removed the spot easily

Overall, this is simple to use and lightweight. Some simple assembly required. Just add water.
Swimming in paper –
Finally pulled the trigger on a steam mop. Why did I wait?! This cranks out the steam and makes quick work of mopping floors. Tried it on a stain on my living room rug which is very flat, first using the carpet attachment. The attachment kept it too high off the carpet to make contact, probably because there is no pile whatsoever on my rug, so I removed it and then it worked great. Stain isn’t completely gone, but it’s greatly faded. I do plan to go over it again. Did great on my vinyl plank kitchen floor which gets all the traffic from people coming indoors and also wear/tear from a dog.
Assembly was easy. The instructions indicate two different kinds of pads, one plain for gentler cleaning and one striped for more heavy duty. It came with two striped and no plain, consistent with the item pictures if not the instructions. Wish there was a way to store the fill cup onboard, but everything else is great.

The Sweetcrispy steam mop is decent, works well, looks nice. I use it to clean my LVP floor and it does a great job. I like its lightweight and compact features.

I’d never heard of a “steam mop” until I saw this. In the past I’ve had steam cleaners that did a great job. These were always much more expensive than this steam mop. In addition to a tank of hot water and shampoo, they had a suction function that picked up the dirty water and stored it in a separate compartment until disposed of. These machines did the job but were hard to set up and almost impossible to clean and dry the machine. The steam mop is very easy to setup – just use the included measuring cup to add water, turn it on and very quickly it is ready to go. The steam comes out much hotter than in the traditional “steam cleaner”, goes through the pad and quickly cleans dirt from the rug or floor. The pad then wipes up the dirt. No dirty water tank to empty. When finished, just toss the pad in the washer and it comes out clean, ready to use again. It’s easy to clean the steam mop when finished and it doesn’t take a lot of storage space.
