Was very disappointed with the product. Did not do what was stated in video presented. It made it seem like best product ever as far as helping to clean surfaces. Left streaks on floor did not clean as was expected. I’d send back if I could. Steam was not very hot nor pressure. Quality was fair. Power was not very powerful. I’ll leave one stars

Best purchase this year. I have purchased 3 other types of steamers this past year ranging from $60 to $300. Disappointed with all 3. I decided to order this steamer since it’s capable of high heat steam temperature and honestly the price point was a factor. I’m beyond thrilled it cleaned my yucky grout. Let me remind people it’s not a magic wand like any cleaner that is manual needs someone who will be willing to put in time and effort. I can tell you it works great and my only complaint about the steamer was there isn’t an on off switch but what does someone expect for such a great price …my sister ordered one after seeing the amazing grout transformation.

I came across this looking at steam mops, in the spring I ended up with a couple compression fractures in my back ouch, so I was unable to carry my vac mop up the stairs was to heavy, so I thought I would try this because of how light it is suppose to be, and it is. This little light weight machine puts out lots of hot steam, and the unit head is thin enough to mop under the front of the refrigerator plus its also the exact width of the stair treads so I can steam mop those also. I haven’t tried all the attachments yet, but I have no regrets buying this unit ,has been a great asset. The price didn’t break the bank so if I get a year out of it I still wouldn’t regret buying it.

I ordered this “used” but it’s missing the major part to connect all the smaller pieces. As well as a mop pad, but that isn’t a big deal. I reached out to Amazon and they were unable to replace the part. The steam mop seems to get hot and clean, but the major reason I ordered it, didn’t even come with it.
Editing to add: I found replacement parts, which included the steam jet attachment. Now that it works how I needed it to, the attachments work wonders on grout. I wish the bristles didn’t break down as quickly as they seem (one use and they’re smashed and do not recover), however, my grout is much cleaner.
**Updated 6/12/23: the past three times I’ve tried to use it, it no longer works. It’s full of water, gets hot, should work. No steam comes out, and the water doesn’t make the bubble noise it used to. Was decent while it worked. I used it maybe once a month, and it didn’t last a year.**

Okay, so lets get this said first and foremost, it is not high end. However, I can no longer lift bucket gallons of heavy water. It comes apart in 4 parts. Unlike some other reviews, I had no problem with the attachments. I bought extra mop pads so it very easy to fill. As far as economical, you use a lot less water. cleans the glass on my built-in doors and French door amazingly. The water container is attached to the handle, surprisingly light weight. when fully assembled stands in the corner on its own. you do not need to wait for the unit to cool down to refill. 1 light its keeping the heat, 2 lights it’s on medium. 3 it has full steam power. remember with any hot steam or water you can get burned. my blinds windows and floors are so much easier to care for.
