I gave 4 stars for the steam mop itself but i have to say that the cost of replacement pads is very concerning. I will comment further below.
The steam mop is light weight and very easy to use, even when filled. It heats up fast and does a good job at cleaning our tile. You need to know not to use a steam mop on non-sealed surface so I will not try to use it on any of our wood floors. There is a boatload of accessories that permit the use of this steam mop in multiple cleaning situations such as cleaning grout, kitchen surfaces, corners, glass and more. Everything is included and one great thing is using a steam mop such as this allows you to start cleaning right away simply by adding water to the system. No chemicals are needed You may want to consider using distilled water, though, especially if your home has hard water Alternatively, you can simply do an occasional cleaning of the mop water container such as with vinegar to remove any built up scale, etc.
Now, I have to address the elephant in the room and that relates to the cost of a replacement mop pad. Eventually, you are going to have to replace the pad that came with this system, especially if you use it very often. I checked the company site where a replacement pad is listed at nearly $25.00. I was amazed at this price since other systems provide replacement packets of multiple pads at far less than this price. I suppose it is possible that the pad that comes with this system is considerably more durable and that accounts for the relative high price, but I do believe this is not a good price point for replacement pads. and it warrants consideration.

I’m so glad I ordered this. It has definitely made cleaning my kitchen floors easier. I have used a Swiffer for years, but you still need to do quite a bit of scrubbing for food and stains stuck to the floor. A steam mop is great because the heat lifts that stuff right up. As someone else mentioned, you probably want to vacuum before beginning to get the big stuff out of the way.
The instructions were fairly easy to follow except for one issue. It states that you should only fill up the water tank to the MAX line. However, nowhere on this mop could I find any MAX indicator. There is big sticker on the front of the water tank so I thought maybe it was underneath that, but even after removing it (which was not easy by the way, don’t bother!) there was no mark. So, I’ve been filling it up to just below where the little plug goes in. No idea if this is too little or too much, as I’ve never used a steam mop before. I used bottled water.
While I said that cleaning my floors is easier with this mop, it’s definitely not faster. The instructions state that to really clean/disinfect an area of the floor you must hold the mop over it for 8 seconds. This just isn’t practical in a big kitchen, you’d be standing there all day. I spent more time on the high traffic areas but overall it’s going to be a slow process. The water also disappears faster than you would think. I had to stop and refill the tank twice to complete my whole kitchen. Thankfully it cools down and heats back up pretty quickly.
Overall I’m really happy with this mop, even though it’s not perfect. It definitely worked, as the pad was absolutely filthy after mopping. It also has a cord wrap feature and you can toss the pad in the laundry. This is a good option if you are looking for a reasonably priced steam mop.
