I bought this for my hardwood floors cause using my swiffer just made it feel sticky even using just water. Went over my floors with this several times now my floors are shiny and not sticky, and with all the attachments used on my window sills and shower. Love this steamer would highly recommend.

Less than one star.. I bought 2 of these and neither one produced steam. It didn’t even drip water, just got warm and made noise for 50 mins. The company’s phone number and website don’t work

Mop stopped working 8-9months after purchase and seller offers no warranty past the 30day return window. Don’t waste your money!

Velrco on the original loses its ability to attach to mop head.. Also pad is White with blue stripes so it always appears filthy even after oxygen bleach or regular bleaching\.
Any links to replacement pads would be greatly appreciated.

got to use this one time before the big floor mop attachment broke. Still have the smaller parts that work but kinda useless if I can’t mop my floor.
