This is a very much bare-bones floor scrubber unit. But as a small janitorial company this is exactly what we can afford and it works perfectly for what we need. A lot of things are mechanical on the machine. Things like a lever to raise and lower the floor scrubber pad and the squeegee Rather than having an electric button, I’m OK with us. If that means I can pay less and get a great operating machine then by all means that’s what I want.
One thing that I wish they had included on the user manual is the release of a small brake that’s located at the back base wheels of the machine. We received the machine and charged it up and tried to turn it on and drive it but it wouldn’t go anywhere until we found this small release lever. Once we released that the machine worked great. I’m assuming some of the bad reviews probably didn’t realize this lever was there and they thought their machine just wouldn’t work.
We’re thinking of buying a second unit as this is saving quite a bit of time and labor for my guys. My guys are super happy using it because they get less fatigued driving this around.

I hesitated on buying it but once I got it put it together everything was great. This is a great investment. If you have a walk behind ? you need this one The instructions are easy to assemble. Easy to run. Does a great job highly recommend.
