very loud but works great had 1 bar so I decided to crank it up and vacuumed dog hair well for 10 minutes then went to charger. I like this because, unlike Shark rocket, there is no flex contraption on handle to disappear/break, rendering it useless. I never did find the missing clip.

Never ever ever buy a product from an Amazon reseller.

These folks sent me a defective vacuum, and stalled and stalled with the return.

I got NO help from Amazon customer service.

I had to dispute and cancel the credit card transaction.

Crappy way to do business.

This vacuum lasted me about 10 minutes of cleaning time at full charge. Did a decent job WHEN IT WORKED. Definitely did not live up to expectations and certainly didn’t live up to it’s promised working time. I requested to return it for a refund and was forced to pay $40 in shipping fees for a $114 vacuum that didn’t work as it said it should.
