don’t normally write reviews but Ohh My! great performance! especially for the price. I can’t afford to buy a wicked expensive professional high end steamer, so went for this. I did 4 rooms rinsing/hand washing the pad in between rooms. time consuming for first run but wanted to do it right as the directions instructed. tip.. take yr time with patience. a small area at a time, moving the mop slow, pumping the handle for good steam. as instructed go over the area numerous times (per directions 15 strokes), slowly. I broke it down to smaller patches of floor at a time. took a lot of breaks so I had patience. after the steam cleaning I mopped all the floors with my swiffer (reusable cloth pad) n pine sol to test how dirty the swiffer pad got as opposed to normally. huge difference! barely dirty swiffer pad, indicating the steam mop did the job. tested out barefoot & my floors feel soo smoothe n clean! also my house is high traffic from people and PETS. even with cleaning regularly the mop pad got verry dirty, i know it took a lot of dirt off the floors that normal cleaning just dont achieve. made a HUGE differences to crevices & edges where grime builds up. note: over time the floors will get even cleaner, can’t expect perfection one round with built up dirt that hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned by normal mopping. as time goes by can probably lighten up with the time spent & the repetitions.
is plastic but thats a great thing, is light making it very easy to keep going! Just be careful not to bang it up or toss it around. reaches under furniture items great! manuevers with ease in all directions. wish the water reservoir was bigger had to refill several times, however as I said I took my time going over all areas numerous times, pumping out lots of steam. I will probably thoroughly steam mop the floors periodically, in between do normal mopping.
have a new ceramic tile bathroom floor that per the instructions, I did not use the steam mop. if it’s not coated or sealed it can discolor the ceramic. read all the directions.
the cord is frustrating, in the way. i hold it up as i mop but for the price and performance i can deal with that. don’t hesitate my house feels so clean n sanitized!

This is a great steam mop and its not very heavy even when full. I love using this to clean my vinyl plank floors.

I have waterproof Vinyl flooring. I normally use a Bona mop and a regular mop. I was at events from Friday to Sunday gone all day and didn’t have time to mop. So I mopped last on Thursday. I used the Bona mop it’s the blue pad, after it dried I used the Shark the second pad is right after I used the Bona, then I went over it a third time and that’s the third pad. I would have kept going but I have no more pads. Can you imagine all that crud that your floor holds. I do have animals that use a dog door to go in and out so most of this is from them. I love this steam mop.

I live in a windy, dusty city and have 4 pets so we’re constantly tracking in dust, not to mention pet hair. I mop my floors nearly every morning and have a housekeeper who comes every 2 weeks for deep cleaning. I mopped my floors the morning I received this steam vac thinking I’d be starting out with clean floors! Boy was I wrong!! This pic is after the SECOND time running the steam vac!! I am still pulling up grime that my regular mop did not! Who knew?? The only MINOR downside is that you do have to stop and pump after every 20 or so strokes but, for this result, I’m good with that!!

It seems to work great, however a swiffer wet pad or elbow grease works as well for less. And without another item to add to the laundry. If one truly feels like steam gives you peace of mind about things being sanitized then this is a good option. I rarely use it. Myself. As I swiffer daily. The cord could be longer or better yet cordless. I’m not sure the steam is actually hot enough to truly sanitize. The whole item is plastic. So though this might be fairly durable , it hasn’t made floor cleaning any easier

I love this cleaning tool. It really brings up the dirt. I have 30 year old tile and it is slowly bringing up all the old dirt in the grout. I consider myself as a very clean person, but I am amazed as what it brings up each time I use it.
The only thing I wish was different about it, is the size of the water reservoir and the length of the cord. Both could be bigger and longer.
I definitely recommend this tool!

This is a nice steamer mop I used on my tile floor. Very impressed with how well it cleans . Not recommended for laminate flooring.. the reservoir hold enough water to do several rooms if you have a small area to clean.
Only issues I have is there is no on/ off button and it does not stand up by itself. You need to support it against the wall or it will fall over.
Also you need to push down on handle to get the steam going . Takes alot of going back and forth to clean the area ,great work out.

So basically, the only thing that sets this apart from your average wet jet type of mop is the steam. I sort of wish that it put out just a little bit more steam, but overall it’s not too bad. It has a good size mop pad and heats up pretty quick. I use it on my wood floors after I run the vacuum.
It’s very easy to use. Just fill out the small tank with tapwater and plug it in. Once you start pushing down on the handle, it generates the steam. The tank holds enough water to last for about 15 minutes.
The only thing that would make this a little bit better, was if the cord was longer. I find that after I’m doing one room I have to move and re-plug in to do the next room or hallway.
It came with two mopheads that are machine washable.
I noticed that after years of using some of the other mops that just spray chemicals down, it’s sort of left dark residue in the cracks and in the indentations in my wood floors. This steam mop did a pretty good job of cleaning that residue out.
Overall, well worth the money I paid.

This mop does such a good job and I am glad that I bought it. It is easy to push around the floor and my floor gets washed a lot more now. This was a very good purchase.
