It took me a bit to get used to a cord on my mop but I love washing my floor with this mop now. I feel it operates the same for spots dried on or sticky as a Norwex mop but only difference is that it dries so fast after mopping and low to no streaking, with distilled water and thieves cleaner.

One thing, I was cleaning a special needs bus and it has a lot of obstacles on the floor so I think I need a smaller head. Other than that I love it.

This is my third Shark steam mop. I was a bit hesitant because of it being refurbished but I am in love with it! It cleaned my 45 yr old hardwood floors so thoroughly. I mopped these floors just a week ago but Oh My!! The amount of dirt it pulled out of the wood grain was amazing. No more dirty socks from running around the house without shoes. You won’t be disappointed.

What an amazing addition to my cleaning arsenal. I love how easy it is, how well it cleans, and everything about it. Can’t believe I waited this long to get a steam cleaner. The only downside I see is that it doesn’t want to stand up on its own, or even lean against the counter, it just wants to fall over all the time. Otherwise, I love it.

I wish I had gotten one of these long ago. I didn’t realize you could use them on manufactured wood flooring. It is a breeze to clean my floors and now I know that they are really clean. I use the dust setting for the wood floor and the stronger setting for tile. Love it!

Was very excited to get this floor steamer. I didn’t do the research and found out after it arrived that it can be used on my new luxury vinyl plank floors! I had to send it back!

My Dyson fan, which has a smart output and can detect VOCS/clean them, has a high response to when this is in use and for a few hours afterwards. I’ve been able to narrow it down recently to this device, which is a shame. I definitely need to open my windows in the future to help ventilate.
Otherwise, it’s effective and steams quickly. Dirt comes up very easily and the mop head seems durable and not too soft.
