I have owned a shark floor steamer which lasted close to 10 years and loved it, that is the reason i purchased another one. I think they are great. They do what they are advertised.

This is the second steam mop I have purchased. I love it. The first lasted a little over 5 years. Unfortunately, I didn’t use distilled water. Our water is really hard so I ruined it. It clogged the holes.
This mop is light and easy to use. The pads are easy to attach and remove. Uses Velcro to secure and they stay on. You can use both sides of the mop! So once one side is dirty, turn mop and use the other side!
Best part, you can launder the pads and reuse them. I like to add some essential oil on the pad to deodorize the room.

Love the steam on demand. I had a different model Shark that I had to pump the handle to create the steam. This is a wonderful product.

Makes cleaning floors FUN and easy! No chemicals, clean with steam. Just fill reservoir with water, plug in, turn on, heat up and push across floor. After you finish, remove the cleaning pad and throw in washer for reuse.

I love this floor steamer! It’s so easy to use. You just put water in the reservoir turn it on to the strength of steam you want and your off! I did buy extra mop heads, which are very easy to put on. It’s not as light as air, but it’s light enough to do your walls too. We recently had some work done at our home, which caused a lot of sheetrock dust. I swept up, then I used the steamer. It cleaned the floors and walls beautifully! The room smelled so clean and fresh afterward! I would definitely recommend this steamer.

I have purchased this machine in the past and have been very happy in its performance but the last one I received had a strange clear tube and ball in the water reservoir and it does not work as well. Is this a new notification to Shark Professional steam cleaner? If it is, it creates a strange noise and the machine does not work as well as the old system. I gave my son my older model that functions much better and produces stronger steam power.

Such an easy to use tool and boy does it CLEAN! Make sure to really sweep or vacuum up your floors before you use it though. I had no idea how dirty my floors were until I let this thing do it’s magic. I have wood looking tile floors and this cleaned both the grout and the tile and it could not have done a better job.
When I looked at purchasing this item, I saw it suggested getting the floor cleaner, so I got it, thinking it had to be used with this mop. As a heads up: you can use whatever floor cleaner you want. I use Method floor cleaner and it worked great with this steam mop. Makes your house smell amazing too and not like harsh chemicals. The other thing I love about this mop is that it doesn’t just push wet water around like other mops. The steam lifts residue and dirt and it sticks to the attatchae mop heads like glue. It’s like a high tech swiffer mop with steam. Amazing purchase.
