So far I’ve been happy with it. It picks up cat litter with a lot less scattering than my old vaccuum and is pretty good at getting stuff at the edges of walls and in corners. The hand tools have good suction unlike my old vaccuum. The lift away canister feature is handy. I do find it feels a bit heavier to use than my old vaccuum because the full weight tilts forward onto the handle when vaccuming instead of the canister balancing on the base, but it does a good job.

It’s a nice vacuum cleaner and it arrived the next day it was really EZ to assemble its a little on the heavy side for a vacuum it’s kind of hard for me to push but i will get used to it and I didn’t like the accessories that it came with so I upgraded them i went and bought a power brush for it i had to call the manufacture to see if they had one that would fit my machine and they did have one that would fit that’s a part that you can’t buy on Amazon you have to buy it directly from the manufacturer but other than that i think it’s going to be a pretty good machine and it looks like it going to be very EZ to take care of as far as cleaning up the filters that it comes with you can also buy new filters for it but you can clean the filters that it came with to it all depends on how you want to clean yours Machine up

I do like Shark products, I have used them for over 20 years. My old shark was worn out so when this one went on sale I decided to replace it. I have used this one for nearly there months and have come up with the following pros and cons.
PROS:
It has great suction. I have two hair shedding dogs and this vaccume picks up all the hair with ease.
It is light weight. Much lighter than my old one.
It maneuvers easily.
CONS:
Though it is great at picking up the pet hair, emptying the hair and dirt is not as east. I have to reach inside the canister with my hand to reach the hair wedged in the narrow sides.
There is no front light like my other Shark to help see all the dirty areas.
The holder for the attachments is in a awkward area which causes the attachments to fall off if vacuuming under things.
The cord is a lot shorter than my old model and is mounted on the right side of the vacuum making it awkward for a left handed person to use.
If you need to remove anything from the roller, you need a screwdriver or dime to unscrew the cover from the bottom. My old shark had two release buttons making cleaning easy.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a vacuum that has awesome suction then this is the one to get.
But, In my opinion, Shark needs to go back to the drawing board to rectify the shortcoming of this model.

I am so beyond happy that I bought this vacuum.
My old vacuum died, I bought a new one, that one didn’t seem to be doing a good job – and people kept telling me to get a Shark. So, I finally decided I better buy a Shark.
And I couldn’t be happier.
This thing has pulled out so much dust from my carpet, and I swear my air feels cleaner. Every time I use it, everything gets nicer. Plus, I am renting, and this carpet has always been sad since I moved in. But the Shark is fluffing it back up to a softness that I have never experienced with this carpet. The owner came recently to inspect the place and make sure I was treating it well, and complimented me on the care of the carpet.
This is my new favorite vacuum. I should’ve listened before. Ha ha.

I bought this model vacuum 8 years ago, it always worked great, but it didn’t work anymore. So I repurchased this same model. I hope it will last a long too.

Tengo 2 años con el y no he tenido ningun problema con el funcionamento. Lo que si es que hay que darle el mantenimiento de limpieza a las esponjas para que no el motor no se apague. Es un producto bastante bueno!!!! Vale la pena pagarlo!

Our old vacuum was 13 years old and having a few issues. But the final straw was when the carpet cleaner guy re-vacuumed what we had done prior to his arrival, and sucked up a ton of stuff (the old vacuum cleaner salesman trick, I know). It was significant, far more than what we typically picked up.
This is the sister brand of the model the carpet cleaner had, picked because it was on sale and also has a beater bar that supposedly is resistant to pet hair. Turns out, unlike the old vacuum which also had such a feature, the bar does seem to resist getting caught up in hair.
As mentioned in the title, this thing almost sucks too much. It can be hard to vacuum 2×3 foot carpets because it picks them up. No issue with larger space rugs. And the first time we used it, about a week after the carpet cleaning, it too picked up a ton of debris, although I suspect a lot of that was the detergent residue from the cleaning. Subsequent weeks it has picked up about half the volume of material, but still a very good amount. It really does suck hard, and the beater bar seems to work well.
It has a few nice features compared to our old vacuum. First, the cord is longer, so length of cord is no longer an issue in any of the rooms we use it. Second, the beater bar doesn’t always run when you have the switch in the setting for it to run. It waits until you’ve tilted the handle back, and then stops again when the handle is in the upright position. Third, it is more “bagless” in that our old one which had replaceable filters which cost a fortune over the years.

Good quality. I love Shark vacuums. I do however dislike the length of the power cord. Seems very short for a “professional” vacuum. The extra large dust cup is great, as we have 2 dogs and a cat in our home. The ease of changing the filters is helpful. And I do like the attachments it comes with. I’ve noticed a few other shark models seem to have a stronger function than this model but I still think it’s a decent vacuum for the price. Make sure to keep filters clean for optimal performance. Was very easy to assemble and it is easy to transition between hard floor and carpet with the push of a button. It’s a little heavier than other shark vacuum but not enough to prevent me from using or disliking this model. In short, I’d likely not purchase this model again but the sale price wasn’t bad.
