I like how quiet and long lasting this robot is. Had the name brand before and the shark ion is an improvement in many ways. The model I received has these odd little rubber claws? instead of the eyebrow brushes so it does not do baseboards as well. I ordered the longer brushes but they fall off and do not fit …..

I purchased this vacuum as refurbished, i KNOW it was refurbished but the description says like new. The vacuum I received was blue, not white as described. The vacuum is missing the spinner brushes at the bottom. When you turn it on it makes a horrible grinding noise. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Looks just like the pictures. I named mine daisy she cleans well I have to empty her every 3 days as she does pick up a lot of hair and dust I wish the filter was easy to remove but there is a screw you need tools to remove it with. Other than that well she hits every corner and object and likes to get stuck o n bathroom carpets. She also is very dramatic when she rolls onto my front and back porch I get a message saying “I’m on a cliff” very dramatic lol she misses a few spots here and there. I would recommend though takes the load off of actually vacuuming yourself

We ordered a refurbished model # AV 752.
I charged it for 24 hours before using it.
It was very easy setting up the app. I programmed each day we wanted to run it at the time we wanted.
We are very surprised when it came on at the scheduled time the next day because it was so quiet.
The battery power is very good as unit will run at least two hours before returning to the dock.
Our shark robot arrived with the short vinyl side brushes. They come out to the very edge of the robot.
I have since ordered the longer side brushes and it seems to clean the baseboards better.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the way it operates and the way it cleans.

Have had two of these and had issues with both. First one decided to just spin in circles. Second one stopped working 10 mins into its first use. Shark needs to do better. Also didn’t get my money back from good as new electronics. Told me I never sent the item back when I did. Why would I want something that doesn’t work? Terrible customer service
