The only Vacuum I’ll own is a Shark, love the suction power, and this CarpetXpert Cleaner is amazing. It’s pretty, it’s easy to put together, it’s easy to use, it cleans sooooooo good. My carpet is only 2 years old, and I can’t believe the dirty water that came out of it from the cleaner. YUCK. I really love the hand held attachment so you can scrub a dub dub smaller areas to concentrate on. But you will need to stock up on the deep cleaning solution, you only get a small bottle and I went thru it in no time b/c you wanna clean everything 😉 Great purchase!!!!

This machine works really well. Easy to use, does a great job, takes a bit of time to cleanup after use but that just means it’s doing a great job. Have used on both rugs & the handheld apolstery attachment. My only suggestion is to enable the Floor Nozzle use of the OXY StainStriker. I used a spray bottle W/OXY diluted with water & scrub brush to pretreat tough areas. Worked great! Enjoy a clean home like me🤗

Easy to use. I wish the tank was a bit larger. Had to clean and refill the tanks 3 times for a small area. I went through most of the cleaner that was provided. Do order more cleaner before doing multiple rooms. The carpet area that I tackled was covered in some very old pet stains that other cleaners could not get out, and I did go over a few spots multiple times with the hose attachments. However, all stains came out, even automotive grease stains. I did go back over with the drying function, but I could not tell a big difference. I can’t wait to use it on my other carpets, but I have to because I need more solution. Totally worth it.

I have hired professional carpet cleaning companies each year for the past 25 years, some leaving me satisfied and others greatly disappointed. I used my Sharl carpet cleaner for the first time yesterday. I am in love! Lightweight, easy to fill, use, empty and clean. I cleaned 4 rooms and the dirty water was as black as crude oil. It picked up every dog hair that my Dyson missed 2 days prior. Enough to make a small puppy. It stopped when I was out of clean water and when I had a hair clog, alerting me with the 2 blue flashing lights that action was needed. My carpets are so clean and soft and the Deep Clean solution left my home smelling wonderful and sanitized. I cannot recommend it any more than my own experience but if I had to buy a new one once a year for the mere $139, it is still less than the hassle and disappointment of the professionals. Love love love you Shark!! Thank you for making my home so clean and lovely again!

This carpet cleaner is so easy to use a d clean. The parts are easy to take off and snap right back when your done, it does a great job cleaning, my carpets look better than they have in years. It got rid of years worth of heavy travel grime. Great price as well. It light and is now harder to use than a vacuum. No buttons to push it does everything for u.

Pros: Lighter/ more maneuverable than our 3 year old Hoover. Made a difference hauling it upstairs. Very easy to use, we figured it out in 5 minutes. Simplistic design. Strong drying-the carpets felt dryer than the older cleaner post cleaning. I wouldn’t say it’s quiet however comparatively to the older one we own, it is quieter. Like any carpet cleaner, if you don’t vacuum dog hair up first, there will be dog hair in the cleaner. It didn’t seem to affect the performance.
Cons: This product does not wash/ dry simultaneously. You wash the carpet in one round, then go over again drying it. Shark’s cleaning formula requires a lot of volume for one wash.
Summary: This is a well-made carpet cleaner that feels like a vacuum-more so especially if you have a shark vacuum already. It cleans well, it dries well.

This is far and away the best carpet cleaning machine I have owned and it cost a fraction of the others. The only downside is that the tanks are small so you will need to frequently replenish detergent water and empty the dirty water tank. This is not a big deal as it keeps the unit lightweight and easy to maneuver. The included detergent products work well and are nicely scented. Like other Shark products, this machine is well-engineered and easy to take apart to clean when finished using it. It does not leak dirty water as some other machines I have owned did. All the parts that get yucky can easily be taken off and washed. If you read reviews like I do online, you will see some people don’t like Shark products – that is likely because they sell the competitor’s inferior products. Buy this if you have pets or young children. You will be glad you did.
