A pesar de ser reacondicionada me llegó como nueva, en su caja original y con todos sus accesorios. Tiene mucha potencia, la utilizo para aspirar donde mi robot aspiradora no llega, como el sillon o mi cama, tambien es util para el carro. Ya habÃa tenido otras marcas y me parecian muy complicadas y con poca potencia. Me gusta mucho el boton para abrir y sacar todo lo que aspiraste, te ahorras hacer un desastre, nada mas la pongo encima de mi bote de basura, oprimo el boton y listo, vacÃa!
El unico contra que tiene como todas las aspiradoras de mano es que la baterÃa dura poco, pero lo suficiente para las areas que aspiro. Me gusta mucho la marca Shark, mi robot aspiradora también es Shark y no me falla!

Updated 12/2: I contacted the company and they were kind enough to replace the proper charger for free. Now my charger works with the product and is charging.
The vacuum works fine and no issues so far. I bought a renewed one for my parents, since they liked the vacuum I have which I purchased as new a while back.
However the 9.5V charger that was provided with this renewed product is not even compatible! It didn’t even charge my own vacuum. It basically gave 5 slow blinks and no light which the instruction manual states that the charger is not compatible. The charger that came with my original works on both vacuums which is a 13.3V.
It looks like the other review of another person that purchased this renewed product also got the wrong charger.

No funciona con pelo de perro, a menos que este acabe de caer al mueble y la baterÃa no dura ni 10 minutos trabajando. No vale lo que cuesta.

Suction is good, easy to empty, attachments go on with no trouble. Noisy, but that’s the nature of the beast. All in all, a good product.

Vacuum worked for a day, then find out it will not take a charge. The QR code to register for warranty has been scratched out with a pen. Don’t know whether to blame Shark or the seller.
