Very powerful and easily repairable is mechanically inclined. Seems like some of the low reviews are due to user error or not having the skill set to repair it. There’s a two year warranty and local shops that can repair it if needed.

The top where the filter goes keeps flopping backwards. Secondly, less than a year later it will not roll smoothly on the carpet unless I raise the level of the rollers. I am VERY upset this expensive of a vacuum works so poorly less than a year later. I definitely want a refund!!

When I first bought this vacuum (June 2022) it worked great–the separate arm for upholstery and under beds was clumsy and the vacuum cord kept coming apart –but it vacuumed well –it lasted about a year –then it didn’t suction well anymore and the tool for corners etc no longer has suction. I took it apart by instructions on line –emptying the bag and troubleshooting to no avail. VERY disappointed.
