The vacuum seems to be self-propelled it has so much power. One hardly has to push it. It is easy to assemble and cleans well. The attachments are very handy. The only problem is that the air filter cartridge to the side occasionally falls off. This machine was very reasonably priced.

We purchased for a commercial building and it’s used all day. It picks up nicely, is lightweight for the girls, is quiet and easy to push.

The vacuum gets clogged way too easily and starts spitting debris. It works well but we are super disappointed we just missed the return window. Will be reaching out to customer support to see if they’ll be of any use. It’s possible we just got a faulty model, but won’t know unless an exchange is offered.
In general, it’s way too much spent on what is touted as a commercial grade vacuum when it only lasts a few months.

Truly an outstanding vacuum. Has great power. Was very surprised, and pleased, with the amount of dirt in the canister after only two uses of cleaning about 1700 sq ft. Cord length, width path, and quiet operation made it very easy to use.
Have to disagree with those who say it is hard to empty, at least by my experience. Red button on top removes the canister, one push of a button on top of the canister and a ccw twist and the top comes right off. Lots of dirt, but that is what you want. Easy to clean the dust cup filter, which you will want to do often. I just take it outside, make sure I am upwind, and use a 1′ disposable paint brush to clean the filter elements.
Have to put it together, not hard but did have an issue. Two screws attach the handle to the body into plastic predrilled holes. One went in easy, the other was a challenge since the hole had not been opened. It was filled with solid plastic. Rather than deal with the aggravation and box it back up I just took a portable screwdriver drill and drilled a pilot hole, then the screw went in.
I kept my last Hoover for 25 years before it gave up the ghost. We will see how long this one lasts. That is the true test.

Purchased this for our church and so far we are very pleased with it. It has great suction and the on board accessories are a bonus for a commercial grade vacuum to get in the nooks and crannies. I wouldn’t say its very cumbersome or heavy but its not on the lighter side either. I guess its somewhere in the middle. The cleaning ladies at church are very happy with it so its a win win!

I know the other reviews are good, that’s why I bought it. I used it two times and am in the process of returning it. The main issues are as follows:
*Far too heavy and bulky
*Zero turn radius
*The plug DOES NOT stay attached to the unit itself
* The suction hose DOES NOT stay in place so dirt and debris flys all over causing triple the work
* Doesn’t lay flat enough to get under anything
*The hardwood to carpet adjuster is located in a super awkward position and makes it hard to adjust on the fly
It’s just overall very poorly designed. You can try your luck and maybe you will love it but I was EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! Unhappy enough to write a review which I have never done before.
