Machine worked for a couple months and then malfunctioned. Motor has had to be replaced twice. Seller is a third party, not the manufacturer. Seller response is good but manufacturer for warranty issues is difficult to get a hold of. Customer service is handled by a dispatch service.

The machine quit sucking the water from the floor. Its been 3 weeks we have bought this floor scrubber. We have 14000 sqft of store and we have used it for about 14-15 times and it lost the suction power. We have tried to contact the seller, lets see what they come up with. Also I am not sure if the product has a warranty on it or not. So please be careful before buying this product.
