I’ve been wanting this vacuum for a couple years. It exceeds my expectations. I used my old vacuum then used the Quantum X and the amount of debris it picked up that my old vacuum left was amazing. The only thing I can say against it is, it’s a little heavy.

I received my vacuum quickly and was excited to put it together and try it out. Only to find that the tube would not extend allowing me to install it to the base. I called customer service for the manufacturer and I will say that they were very responsive and helpful. Said it was jammed and sent out a replacement piece the same day, received that today: also jammed. Am returning and going with a Dyson Ball Animal 3 instead.

Pros: pulls the most disgusting things out of your carpet you never knew were there. With my old vacuum, I was constantly dusting, with this vacuum the dust does not go back into the air. The more you use it, the cleaner the air quality is and your carpet is.
Cons: it is very, very heavy. It’s hard to maneuver with the tools on it. The vacuum head is very large, which is not good when you have furniture.

My Quantum X works amazingly! Picks up wonderfully. I can move from hardwood floors to carpet to area rugs with no issues. I love how long the hose is And all the attachments that I got. I did buy the extra attachments. I love that It is a wet dry vac and the ease of getting rid of the dust dirt and debris, including dog hair. I decided to use a strainer to dump the water through and then dump dirt debris into the garbage as I have a lot of dog hair. I feel the only thing that I wish was different, twisting of the unit. Generally, when I’m vacuuming, it is sideways. I wish there was a little button that I could push to enable this feature. Other than, that I love this vacuum!!
I did see some people complaining that the water canister was leaking. I did experience that one time, and that was only because I did not have it locked into place. It does not seem to be difficult to lock it into place like some others feel, but you gotta give it a good snug. I think if the handle wasn’t on the canister the way it is, it would make it easier. Sometimes when you’re putting the canister on via the handle, you push the button to release it and that is what causes the leakage it would be better if the release button was on the front , so that you could push it with your thumb when you wanted to release it instead of on the back of the handle. While it is slightly heavy, It’s no worse than my Dyson was. Give this vacuum a try you won’t be disappointed.

This product is much more than I expected. I vacuumed each room with my current vacuum and then with my Quantum. I couldn’t believe what I saw. There was a ton of dirt that my old vacuum missed. Then my dog peed on the rug. I got my Quantum and sucked all that pee right up. I am so glad I bought this vacuum. Worth every penny. I’ll never own another.
