i like this steamer. I use it to steam my carpet but it does not remove stain

I really like this steamer. I’ve used it for several projects around the house…. cleaning grout, sinks, bath tubs, etc. I tried using it on the wrinkles in my new curtains and it didn’t do too well with that, but to be fair I don’t think it’s meant to be a fabric steamer. I will continue to use my regular clothes steamer for any fabric jobs. The steamer works well for cleaning hard surfaces. It puts out a lot of steam and leaves the surfaces pretty warm so I feel like it’s doing a good deep clean. For grout I spray with cleaner first and let it sit, and then gently use the steamer to help remove the soap scum. It usually takes a few rounds of scrubbing to get all the dirt and soap scum out, which is I left four stars , but overall it makes it much easier to clean the shower than doing it all by hand. When my husband used it he actually removed some of the grout(!)… so it’s true what people say as far as only lightly scrub surfaces and let the steam do the work. If you scrub too hard you’ll only wear out the brushes and/or remove the grout like my husband did! My only complaint is on things like glossy tile floors, it puts out a lot of water and leaves a lot of streaks which need to be dried up with a towel, which adds an extra step, so I’ve stopped using it for those projects. Also I wish the handle was just a little bit longer so I didn’t have to bend over as much when doing the floors! Otherwise, really good steamer. My mom used it and now wants to get rid of her other steamer and get one of these!

I purchased this unit as we needed a very high heat versatile steam machine to clean furniture, bedding, and carpet edges. My wife works as a nurse with the poor and she occasionally brings home a bed bug or fleas. Even though she strips in the laundry immediately upon entering the house. They must be in her hair and they get onto the sofa and in the bedroom. This machine along with Bed Bug Powder make it easy to get into tight places where these pests like to hide and eliminates them. It takes two or three heavy steamings to ensure success. We use distilled water in the unit to help prevent crud build up. The unit heats up fairly quickly, and produces a very strong stream of steam. The hose and cord are long and enables you to move around and get where you need to go without constantly moving the whole unit. It comes with a variety of attachments for different uses. The unit is easy to transport with its built on handle. We also tried to steam off some really tough burnt on crud on the stove. It made cleaning easier, but still did not remove all of the worse spots. The little round brushes pretty much went flat and became useless in short order. The unit will produce continuous steam for only about 10 to 15 minutes before needing to be refilled. The brush issue and what some would consider a short run time are not really issues. A high quality metal brush with long handle can be used more effectively, and for as much steaming that we do, 15 minutes of continuous use is fair. The only issue we mind is that there is no place to store any of the attachments. You will need to buy a small laundry bag and store the attachments in it and hang it on the closet wall. The main hose does not detach either.

Bought this steam cleaner a week ago and, so far, it’s great! Was tired of cleaning grout on hands and knees. The Pure Enrichment steam cleaner makes grout cleaning a breeze! So far, would rate it a 5 out of 5!
Update: While we aren’t able to purchase any replacement brushes for the unit, which is super disappointing, the customer service we have received has been top notch!

I really like the power of this steam cleaner. There are a few issues, one being it should have an indicator as to how much water is in the tank, instruction are to drain the tank after every use so you can add the 1-1/2 liters of water to fill the tank, which is a waste considering you’re using distilled water which you obviously pay for. the only other issue I have is purchasing replacement scrubbers. I still haven’t found any to purchase. Would I still purchase it? I think so but this company really has to start selling replacement accessories.

I used the PureClean XL Rolling Steam Cleaner for the first time yesterday and I must say I’m impressed with its performance. I had read a few reviews prior so I was aware of its so-called shortcomings–mainly one to be exact–but after using your product, I can say it wasn’t as bad as some would have you believe. Many users didn’t like the fact that the unit doesn’t have a reservoir window, which would allow you to see the level of water in the boiler. However, I feel had they read the owner’s manual they’d realize 500ml of distilled water yields approximately 15 minutes of steam time. Therefore, I ‘got around’ not being able to see how much water is in the tank by simply using a timer; my smartphone saved the day and I found this method of ‘gauging’ the water level quite accurate.
As for me, my only complaint is that there is no Steam Ready Light on the PureClean XL (PEROLSTM). However, on Pg19 of the Operation Manual under TROUBLESHOOTING – EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF WATER IN STEAM, one of the possible solutions is to “Wait until Steam Ready Light turns off to begin steaming.” However, like I mentioned previously, because I’d read some reviews, I was privy to the fact that approximately 12 minutes is needed for the boiler to effectively do its job, given 1500ml of distilled water. However, I found around 8 minutes–again, according to the owner’s manual–to be more correct. The steam it generated and the boiling sound also was a dead give away that it was ready to do some serious sanitizing, which I LOVED!
Having touched on the CONS, I can say the PROS were numerous: namely all the included attachments. I just may look for surfaces throughout the house to steam just to try them out! I’ll admit when I first started with the mop head it’s delta-like shape threw me when it met the wall because I didn’t realize the wand could rotate 360 degrees. But once I got the hang of it I looked forward to steaming along the baseboards. I know I mentioned it earlier but I have to say it again: THE STEAM!! The mop head looked like a steam engine as it glided over the floor. It removed scuff marks, stains–you name it–effortlessly. No downward pressure on the wand was needed, and in very little time the moisture evaporated to yield a spotless floor. I even held the mop head a few inches over my mattress to give it a good sanitizing, and slept very well that night. The boiler canister is surprisingly light even when filled with water–I found myself holding it in my hand as I steamed. The wands were long enough to allow me to reach far enough ahead of where I stood so I didn’t step on freshly steamed areas.
I could go on about the PureClean XL, but I seriously doubt you want to spend all day reading my praises. So, in closing, I’ll just say I give this steamer 5 out of 5 stars.

Very easy to use. The water tank lasts a long time.
