This vacuum is awesome at keeping our floors clean with minimal effort. The suction is powerful enough to pick up everything from pet hair to crumbs, and the anti-hair-tangling brush saves me from having to pull out trapped hair constantly. I like how it easily to clean the tank, to fill in the water and to clean the mop. It’s about all in one step and then the robot is good to go! It saves a lot of my time, definitely recommend it for busy moms!

Con: Very, very difficult to find a simple replacement part such as side brush. You have to email Support because it is not listed on their website, wait 2-3 business days for someone to respond, and then you must money via PayPal. Carpet boost works some of the time and when it does the vacuuming is 99% done. Doesn’t like throw down rugs. Always jams and will let you know. If you do not leave the mop attached dirt and hair sticks to the velcro. Like Roomba, they need to have a dust bin for non-mopping. Won’t tell you if the dust bin is full. Unit is small for a 2200 Square foot home, therefore; it takes longer to clean. Partitioning and splitting rooms in the app isn’t user friendly. There are two apps in the Apple Store so it is confusing on which one to download. There is a brief user manual so you will need to go their YouTube channel for information.
Pros: Always finds it’s way home. Excellent mapping and scheduling cleaning is very nice. Very quiet.

I have use this smart vacuum for about a day now. So far I’m pretty impressed this Machine vacuum and mopping very good, super cool , super easy to get to running and cleaning, put lower water flow So I have tried this before on a lower water flow setting and definitely did Push as much water as it is right now it’s actually pretty impressive amount of water. Very good and I like a lot

I got this robot vacuum for our office. It vacuums and mops at the same time, adjusting to different floor types easily. The suction power handles dust and dirt with no problem, and the battery lasts long enough to clean the whole office (we have a small office). The navigation quickly mapped our office, avoiding obstacles and reaching under desks.
It’s a great addition to the office, keeping our space clean and fresh with minimal effort.

– LASER Guidance, because LIDAR is so 2020. This makes this thing unbeatable in mapping your house and preventing bumps and scuffs around your painted walls, furniture and base boards.
– The application is easy to use, provides a multitude of tools to schedule cleaning based on time, area, partition, you can even set how strong to vacuum and mop per area
– Vacuum comes with many voices built-in, if it gets stuck or if it needs your attention to volume is loud and clear
– Suction is STRONG, this is the only robot that can vacuum my high pile rug with no problems
– Syncs with Alexa or Google Home for voice control, you /can/ install the app on IOS, but Siri won’t work as this is not matter enabled
– Great value, for under $200 this device has features only found on the above $500 level devices. Laser guidance is superb.
– Great battery life! My house is around 1200 square feet and it can run a full cleaning cycle with battery to spare. Let’s hope the battery ages well.
– Well built hard plastic, feels durable

– Could have had matter support
– Wish battery was easy to reach/replace. This will be needed in one year or so as these heavy use batteries don’t age well
– No firmware updates at first boot make me nervous, let’s hope this continues to get update in the future

This robot vacuum doesn’t work at all. I have charged the robot vacuum for 4 hours to 100% for the first time use. However, when I pressed the start button on the machine, it flashed red and didn’t move at all. I also tried to press the start button on the app, but the app said “battery error”, even though the battery display shows 100%.
