I purchased this steamer because I had heard good things about steam cleaning. This product worked the first 6 times I used it, no complaints. It stopped working and when I tried to contact the company who sold me the steamer I was met with no response. My advice is to buy another brand and skip this one.

Bought it for deep cleaning the kitchen and it works just as I expected. No more harsh scrubbing, I have tested it on my stove top and it melted the gunk right away. Just be careful when handling it.

Got this to kill bed bugs! We found one in our basement and my son was bitten when down there. Easy to use and the steam pressure is really good. My only wish is that it was larger. You have to keep pausing to let the steam build up again. But for the price not bad at all. Happy we made the purchase.

I was so excited!!! I have used it to clean my ovens…did not see any difference, so I busted out my bartenders friend to finish the job. I brought it out again to do my windows, more of a pain and the rubber stripping came out of the squeegee and I can’t get it back in. I’m gonna gonna give it one more shot to clean my grill….send me prayers
UPDATE…after reaching out to the seller, he was great and easy to work with. I was at one star and he brought me up to three stars.

I know people love steam cleaning but this didn’t clean, just put hot water on the surface. I still needed to clean.
