I am impressed. It works very well, and my floors have never looked this clean.
That said, the AI is not perfect. It DID have an issue with pet waste, and did grad it along the floor, but to the credit of the device, it noticed after a single streak and stopped and notified me. The cleanup was substantially easier than others that have done this in the past. Because of that, I am still giving 5 stars, as while imperfect, it at least kept from making a massive mess.

I love how this will mop like a real mop. It gets the mop head wet, mops an area, returns and cleans the mop heads, rewets, and continues mopping an area until it is clean. I had one room that had not been mopped in years, it detected that it was heavily soiled and meticulously mopped over it four times before it detected the mop heads to finally be clean. The next time I mopped it did one pass and was very quick. It has many features to keep everything sanitized. The vacuum works great also. No tangles no matter how long the hairs are. It automatically empties, dries, and disinfects the dust bin. The app takes a bit to figure out because it has so many features. After it mapped it set the carpets to the cross carpet setting, which doesn’t vacuum. I needed to edit the map and set the carpets to the power boost setting. Once I got it dialed in it has been flawless. At first, I couldn’t get it to map correctly and then realized that I didn’t take the sticker off of the camera lenses. I planned on buying the Freo x ultra and then learned about the z and got the early bird discount. So glad I got the z. From what I can tell they improved or fixed most of the issues people had with the x. After getting this robot set up, it is very hands-free and autonomous. I am very glad that I chose this over other robot vacuums.

This does not work as advertised. After mapping out a room, it did not go to the edges. It “mopped” over mild dirt just leaving a glossy coating over the dirt without scrubbing it off. Leaves debris behind. Gave it a few chances and even reset to try again with the same results. Very disappointed. My 6-year-old basic Roomba does a tremendously better job.

Does not vacuum my floors at at all. I have been having to run my basic shark vacuum to get everything it misses, I can only imagine the mopping is just as bad. I’ve had to remap it 5 times to get the entire downstairs of my house. I’m going to try to redo the setup one more time. In all honesty, it’s probably getting shipped back. I’m so disappointed
