Kindle Customer –
Very simple to use and setup, reading the manual was not needed to get started. Single power button to turn on the unit and a trigger in the cleaning brush is all the controls the unit has. Sprayer works well and the trigger is very light keeping hand fatigue to a minimal, sprays with a good amount of force and penetrates deep. The vacuum portion is very powerful and was able to clean a sofa, pulling most of the water out of it leaving it mildly damp and fully aired in about 4 hours.
Cleaning is simple the dirty water canister easily pops off with a pull of a latch, unscrewing the bottom allow you to dump the waste water.
Con:- The water sprayer, sprays much lower than the cleaning brush head on the first go with the cleaner I missed completely what I was wanting to clean and spray the floor instead.
-Clean water canister has a small opening for filling water/cleaning solution, this makes it very hard to get all the suds out and takes multiple flushing to clean it out.

I tested this bad boy out after a cat decided to puke on our carpet. It worked pretty well getting the nastiness out, but it pales in comparison to my regular carpet cleaner (rhymes with Bison). Easy to clean out and refill, no leaks or shoddy parts. I think you could find one for a little cheaper elsewhere, so I would not recommend currently for the price.
