I had been wanting to purchase a steam mop for a long time and this one did not disappoint. This comes with everything that you need to get started. Assembly was very quick, just took a few moments to get the handles together and it was ready to go. I used the provided measuring cup to add the water as recommended. I could not believe how quickly it heated up, it took only a minute or so before tons of steam was coming out. I also put some cleaner on the floor to give it some extra cleaning boost. In no time at all my floors were looking better than they had in a long time. Super easy to use and dirt comes up with no extra effort or scrubbing. I even used it to clean the floor of a large shower in the master bath. I am so extremely impressed with this item and have not even started with the attachments yet. Worth every penny.

Overall this Moolan brand (not to be confused with Poulan brand) steam mop seems fine. I’ve used it a few times to clean the Durastone (with no grout lines) floor in my kitchen, informal dining area, and mudroom. It was easy to assemble, and there’s not much to operation. Just fill the reservoir with water (I used distilled), plug it in, turn it on, set the level of steam, and go. It heats up quickly (under 30 seconds) and lasts a long time.
On high steam, it lasts about 20 minutes for me. The cord is 19 feet long, which is long enough for my needs. It does a good job of cleaning various dried drips and spots and dried shoe print from rain/mud on the floor, and it picks up lots of dirt. It’s light enough that sometimes I lift it up and mop the drips of the front of my dishwasher and fridge before I clean the floor. I’ve found it’s helpful to vacuum the floor before mopping, so I don’t keep pushing around larger bits that don’t stick in the pad. Being able to use this without the handle and with the various attachments is handy too, such as to wash windows or steam furniture.
The downsides I noticed:
There’s no cord clip or wrap. Vacuums with manual cord wrapping I’ve seen have a clip built into the end of the plug so you can clip the end of the cord onto some other part of the cord. With this mop, you have to wrap the end of the cord under/between the rest of the cord. Kind of a minor issue though.
The pads are double sided, but the mop isn’t designed to flip to the other side of the pad. I’ve seen other mops with a double sided handle, so you can flip the whole thing over and use the other side of the pad. Or, the mop head can rotate 180 degrees so you can flip over just the mop head. With this, you have to shut off the mop, take the pad off and flip it over and put it back on, and turn the mop back on.
The replacement pads are super expensive. Shark replacement pads, for example, are about $10 for two. These are $20 for one, and this only comes with one pad, whereas other mops in this price range come with 2-3 pads. These pads are a slightly different size than Shark, but the Shark pads might fit close enough.
The water fill hole is in the middle of the reservoir, not the top. So you have to lie the mop flat on the floor or a counter top/table in order to fill it up more than half way vs. leaving it upright to fill it. Also, if you fill up the reservoir all the way, the water goes well over the hole. In time, this could start to leak around the reservoir cap, or just if you don’t get the cap on straight, which I’ve found can happen easily.
But overall it seems like a good steam mop for the price.

Update:
The customer service team reached out regarding my concerns and addressed them quickly. I was impressed with their follow through to ensure customer satisfaction is at its maximum and that I was satisfied with their product.

The steamer is easy to assemble and comes with only one floor mop. It has a long cord, so you don’t have to stop to unplug while mopping.
Pros:
– The steam mop steams within 20 seconds of turning it on.
– Mopping doesn’t leave the floor with wet streaks.
– Comes with 7 different attachments besides the mop head.
â—‹ Window squeegee, pressure nozzle, grout brush, flat scraper, angled nozzle, and 2 nylon brushes.
* (in the manual it says the smaller brush is a copper brush, however it is nylon).
– The steam strength can be adjusted to desired strength
Cons
– the handle, it’s fine for normal mopping; however, if you flip the mop over then you’re holding the handle upside-down, which is uncomfortable, and not well designed. The handle should have been designed to be used with both sides as it is not realistic to have to change the handles direction when flipping the mop over to use the pad on the other side.
The steamer does produce steam rather quickly and cleans the floor well, but personally I think more design should have gone into the overall construction and standardization.

This steam mop is pretty light weight and easy to assemble; it took all of 4 minutes to snap together. Pushing it around the floor is no biggie due to the weight. The tank says not to use any cleaners, just water so I filled it with tap water and cleaned the vinyl floor in my kitchen. The results were absolutely stunning, my floor was disgusting. The area I was cleaning was only around 80sqft but left the mop pad mucky and black, as if I was cleaning the floors in an NYC subway. My floors did not look dirty, but the amount of dulling dirt that was stuck in the tiny crevices was shocking. This absolutely worked as promised. I will say that it uses a surprising amount of water, but the steam really evaporates quickly. If you are planning to to a whole house or a very large room, be prepared to refill the tank often and if your floor hasn’t been steamed previously, get yourself a few replacement mop pads, so you aren’t cleaning the floor with a dirty cloth.
Very happy
