I have wood floors, a dog that likes to dig, an active two year old son, and my husband and I both work full time. With our busy lives, sweeping everyday (or multiple times a day) to keep the floor clean was cumbersome and wasn’t happing. This swivel sweeper was a nice quick alternative. It doesn’t quite have the same cleaning power as a proper sweep, there is a little bit of the tiniest dust residual left behind. But even with that, our lives are so much better with it than before. It is super fast and easy to whip it out for a quick go over on the floor when we get home from work. Plus my two year old thinks it’s fun to push it around.

First saw one of these in action at a friend’s house and was intrigued. We have since purchased two for different locations and have had both for about two years. If you are looking for something to make a QUICK PASS and pick up MOST of what is scattered on your floor, you want one of these. They are not for deep cleaning but are quite effective for a quick pass that is 90+% effective, and well worth the price. We love ours.

Very handy. I use every day. Not as good as powered sweepers but does good job. I think it is a little high priced. I need to replace mine once a year because battery finally won’t charge enough but I use almost every day.

I love the swivel sweeper you must however look after it and clean it out properly. This one is a little different than the other ones that I have had and I prefer this one more it is easier to clean out because of the new design.

This Sweeper arrived with a faulty battery so I was unable to use it. I contacted the seller who understood and was more than generous in telling me to give it to charity, as he obviously didn’t want it back, damaged, as it couldn’t be re-sold. I would not like anybody to be put off by my experience as I had a very satisfactory result in the end.

While I give this product 5 stars . . . my review may sound marginally negative. When you read some of the negative reviews online about anything . . . you can intuitively understand why safety labels are required . . . Einstein once said “There are two existing entities that have the property of infinity — the universe and human stupidity — and I am not sure about the universe.” I read one review where a lady complained that the on/off switch on the Swivel Sweeper was too low . . . OMG . . . this thing weighs about 1/2 pound . . . you can lift it over your head with no effort and flip the switch. First — the good . . . this product is light weight . . . cleans in all directions . . . has reasonable edge cleaning . . . battery life is much better than one might expect . . . extremely convenient, because it is battery-operated and light weight . . . easy to empty the debris tray . . . swivels to reach into small areas . . . extends for about 6″ under really low furniture . . . truly, almost everything the infomercial says is correct . . . almost . . . you can’t expect this $39 battery operated “swivel-brush utility” to work like a $500 electric vacuum cleaner that really has suction power. The Swivel Sweeper works well for general cleaning on hard floors and hard carpet . . . on a thick carpet — it struggles and has no real vacuum power. Also, it doesn’t pick up everything on the first pass. Your opinion will depend on your expectations . . . note, it is called a Swivel-Sweeper . . . not a “Swivel Vacuum” . . . if you expect it to vacuum — you will be disappointed — if you expect quick and easy clean up of hard floors and hard carpets . . . you will be impressed. If not . . . please read Einstein’s comment again.

The sweeper was great until it stopped running after only 2 months. Picks up mostly everything, even gets in corners. I gave it 3 stars because of the lack of durability in the motor. I replaced the battery thinking that was the issue but it still doesn’t turn on. It’s lightweight and easy to use. Wish it still worked. I contacted owner and hopefully they can replace.

Had one just like it but, it broke in two, where you turn it off and on at. Even though where you screw the pieces together is a little flimsy, “l love it ” because, its a great product. It gets in between small areas sideways and gets underneath low objects without having to move furniture.
So glad to have another one in my house.
