you can tell, when you first hold it, that plastic is no where near as rugged as its much more expensive cousin on the market. but with that being said, as long as your careful with it, it should do the job at half the price.
I do wish I could fine replacement mesh liners for it but no luck so far

It was a bit of work to get the correct fittings but once I figured it out it worked really well. If you are vacuuming up small particles and don’t want them to get into your filter you may want to add a finer mesh to catch them. The lid is really tight and can be a bit of a struggle at first. Yes I would recommend this. 🙂

This really works! A little hard to open, but it definitely keeps the leaves out of the filter basket!

It’s solid construction and does its job but it’s pretty much unusable for me due to the difficulty in opening it. It’s made worse by the locking mechanism. I’m debating between making some sort of a jig to hold the lid firmly while i depress the lock button and turn the cannister and just buying a different one.
