I found this machine difficult to keep steady while cleaning. If the handle moves up just a little the machine takes off and I have to shut it off and start over again

Works very well. Downgraded a star for design problems. Switch box location on the wand makes it difficult to wind the power cord and the design doesn’t allow for mounting elsewhere.
Easy to use. Light weight and very controllable. A person with weak arms or grip will not have problems maneuvering the machine. Quiet when in use.

Koblenz is the best! I owned one for about 20 years and it worked perfect, but unfortunately gave up. I loved it so much that I ordered a new one.
I wash and wax my hardwood floors ALL over the house. When they are dirty I vacuum, wash with my Bissell, and buff with the Koblenz. This brings up the shine using just the brushes and they all shine beautifully. Try it, you’ll love it too.

I have natural stone floor tile in a large kitchen that’s an absolute nightmare to keep clean. (I don’t know what I was thinking when I paid a small fortune to put it in!!) This scrubber works great. The buffer pads brings a perfect shine to wood floors.

This scrubber is very powerful. Reminds me of the scrubbers used commercially. Very sturdy. I scrubbed tile floors with it and the grout joints came up so clean. They look like new floors.

When I unboxed the product, the plastic control that wraps around the wand was broken. It must have been shipped that way as No broken pieces were found in the box. Very disappointed.
