It helps my sister to have the vacuum pull itself. We are mid 70’+.

Has good suction power and a good brushroll. Pretty easy to use and has a good sound unlike the very whiny bissell vacuums. Only thing weird is the whistling sound from the dirt bin seal.

This is a heavy duty yet light weight machine. Using it in a commerical setting. May buy one for my home.

We use it in our 5000 sq ft gym. It’s world better than few other popular brands products we used in the past. It can suck way more stuffs with fewer swipes. Very easy to use and doesn’t require much maintenance. Noice level is acceptable too, we use it when members are working out without any annoyance.
I am usually too lazy to write review but I can’t believe this beast of a machine has such a low rating, very misleading!

Cord length is phenomenal. I can reach the whole house from one plug. Its so easy to use, no complicated parts. The weight is about normal for a vacuum of this size, it moves around just fine. The canister is easy to dump and it still works great after 6 months. Great value for the money, I have a blue heeler dog that sheds like crazy and I can’t recommend this vacuum enough.

Purchased this at the same time as a Karcher unit. The hoover bagless is still going strong after more hours than the Karcher. Perfect commercial vacuum for environments not requiring bagged vacuums.

Works great so far. It’s a very effective machine.

The pros: the suction on this machine is great; the onboard tools work well. The vacuum is well balanced so even though it’s a little bit heavy to be called lightweight, it moves nicely on its wheels. The canister is big enough that you don’t have to empty it too often.
The cons: the cord could be longer, and the bottom cleat holding the cord broke right away. I’ve Macgyvered it with a miniature bungee, but the result is that I’m the only one with the patience to put the cord away properly. In a small business, it’s a problem if the owner is the only one willing to use the vacuum.
I read both the positive and negative reviews before buying, and it seems like they BOTH panned out. The “vacuum” part of the vacuum is great. They cut corners elsewhere, and it shows.

Heavy duty, worked well in a 1000 sq ft area.

Used this once a week in a normal sized family home.
14 months (oh look, warranty expired..) in and the brush has worn through the plastic bushings in the frame of the vac.
it is now unusable and cannot be repaired without replacing the frame of the vac.
Nearly $400 should have been much more sturdy than this.

We purchased this commercial vacuum for use in a veterinary hospital where it gets used every day and we go through vacuums about every 1-2 years. I added on the Assurant business policy through Amazon so that it had 3 years coverage instead of the 1 year offered through Hoover. The vacuum was purchased at the end of April and the grounding prong had fallen out by late October. We contacted Hoover for warranty and were directed to a local repair shop. After a few weeks, they told us Hoover planned to replace the unit, but there was a backorder so it would be delayed. The repair shop replaced the end of the cord for $20 so we had a vacuum in the interim. It took almost 4 months to receive the replacement, which we did not open immediately because the other unit was working. In March (less than a year after purchase), the fixed unit suddenly stopped turning on so we opened the box of the new unit to discover it was a bagged model of the commercial vacuum. We ordered bags because it was such a hassle to get this replacement already. By September, this second replacement vacuum had stopped turning on also, but is not outside of the Hoover warranty. Fortunately, I had purchased the additional 3 year warranty through Amazon and after hearing the struggles with this junk vacuum(s), they refunded the original purchase price of the vacuum. We have replaced these with a Bissel and hope to have better luck and are able to use our new vacuum for more than 6 months at a time without having to have something repaired or replaced!
