I had high hopes for this product but was greatly disappointed.
1. Refilling it is such a chore, as you need to unplug it, let all the pressure out before unscrewing the lid, and then plug it back in and let it heat back up again. Since the steamer is small, you will have to fill it often.
2. The steam was not nearly as hot as I was hoping. After waiting for it to heat up, my couches were cold and wet after steaming a small area, definitely not what I was expecting.
3. I don’t know if my product was just defective, but it leaks really bad and left a ton of water stains. I was really cautious to hold the steam upright so it wouldn’t leak, but nothing seemed to help. It let out more water than steam in many cases.
4. Did not clean well. Made my couch look worse after using it as it made a ton of water stains and didn’t lift any of the existing stains.
5. The cord is very short so you are very limited on how far it reaches.
