I have had no problems at all with this vacuum recharging. It does so with no problem.
I love the timer showing me how much run time I have left. And it is so easy to empty. I actually twist off the entire dust compartment and pop the filter out. Super easy to do. And I empty it with a quick tip into the trash basket.
Also, the elegance of the design is A++. Attractive, easy to store, easy to use.

This is a great little vac for cars or boats. Easy to pick up and use as well as to clean out. I keep one on the boat at all times.

I have had a string of relatively useless and disappointing $30-$40 “dust buster“ type vacuums. It was always something. Battery wouldn’t hold a charge, suction power was not good. So I tried this bit more pricey model. I think that it will have been worth it. Its suction is very good. It works well on rugs and bare floors. It’s easy to empty. Easy to use. The digital screen to tell you how long you have left on each of the two speeds was, I thought, a bit gimmicky. I was wrong. It is very handy feature.

This is advertised as a car vacuum, but I think it’s kind of small to vacuum an entire car, unless it’s a light touchup. It would be great for vacuuming small crevices between the seats, however. It is a great little vacuum for small clean-up jobs around the house. Vacuuming junk from my computer keyboard, or crumbs from the floor under the kitchen table. It has two speeds, and the “high” speed is really powerful. Run time is 20 minutes on low, 12 minutes on high.
Update after using for a few weeks: I love this vacuum! Would give it 10 stars if I could. I take back my comment that it’s too small to vacuum a car. I’ve used it to vacuum my car several times, and it works great! I especially like that it easily fits in the crevices between the seats, or inside the console/armrest. I run it on high power, and it has enough battery to do the entire car. The vacuum is easy to empty and clean. A push button on the nozzle flips it open to empty. You can also twist the clear reservoir to remove it and gain access to the filter. You can break it apart, clean everything and put it back together in a minute. I highly recommend this vacuum!

I like this hand vac as it has two speed section. What I wish was different: When taking off the cylinder to empty it, you have to have deep into the trash container as it dirt goes all over. It’s a little annoying. Plus it is hard to get the cylinder back on in an easy motion. Also, I had a more expensive hand vac that when you put it in the holder it charged. The holder was the charger. This one, the holder is just a holder and you have to attache the charger every time, and the charging cord is plugged in at the top. For the price, it is a good vacuum.

I thought the base is a charging station but charging port is at the handle. I have to grab a USB cable and plug it into the hole. I had another one two years ago. It just put it in the base then charges the battery automatically.

I wasn’t looking for small, handheld vacuum cleaner but a friend highly recommended this one. He said it was powerful and lightweight. I have problems getting dog hair out of my truck so I thought I would give it a try. He was right. The vacuum is 14″ in length, 2.25″ wide, and, in addition to the normal brush on the end, it has an attachment for very narrow places. It is easy to open and clean and comes with a replaceable HEPA filter. The vac has two speeds and an LED screen to show the life of the battery. The only downside I have is it requires a USB port to charge. Worth the money.

It worked okay the first few times but has lost most of its power very quickly. The return window closed less than a month after I got it so I don’t have the chance to return. I would look for a different product.
