not enough pads in the product package. enough to do 1 little job. no market for replacement pads. no options to buy the circle buff mop pads. gotta go after market and hope it fits.
also steam mop head and buff pad attachment does not want to stay locked in the mop holder. yall made big deal on that 30 minute commercial to sell average junk.
No replacement parts or pads, then its just another as seen on tv junk.

This little streamer is amazing! Had a few coffee drips on my white carpet, tried everything, this has my carpet looking like new! I also put it to the test on a stainless steel pan that had old burn marks. Took them right out and my pan is gleaming clean. It is a little delicate so don’t be rough with it.

This is to replace my old H2O steam mop. It is larger and my old attachments do not fit it. Since it is larger and heavier it’s awkward to use and I don’t think it produces as much steam and isn’t as hot as my old one. It’s only useful on the highest setting. Since I liked my first H2O steamer I didn’t research any other ones so maybe there are better ones available. I will keep it because I like using steam to clean. Overall it’s better than not having one, giving it four stars is being optimistic.

This product made my project easier and helped clean my tile in my bathroom floors and shower walls. It really have them clean spooks very nice. I feel it worth the money and a nice lightweight product to keep the floors clean. The product is durable and has a firm grip.

Don’t waste your time. Company doesn’t honor warranty with third party vendor, and u will certainly need it cause the design has engineered obsolescence built in.

The H20 HD 5 IS A BIG FAT FAIL! I purchased this product 8/1/2022. Thane Direct the info-commercial company has deplorable customer service! My product is under warranty and is only 90 days old. It failed completely after only 90 days. Used this product only four times in 90 days and it just stopped working altogether. No more steam! No explanation from the company. No interest in resolving the issue. Emailed Customer Support for Warranty and Help Desk more than SIX Times!!! No willingness to resolve this matter. They also want you to pay for them to ship you a part. I was willing to pay the fee but they don’t have a method to pay with a credit card if you don’t use paypal. I asked them to ship it collect. They failed to respond or reply to my emails. NO phone number works. You call the 800 number listed on the Terms/Conditions and it fails to work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS DESIGNED TO FAIL WITHIN 90 DAYS. THANE APPARENTLY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND IS UNWILLING TO HONOR THE WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR! DO NOT BUY! H20 HD is a waste of money! DO NOT purchase unless wasting your money matters not!
Also, Amazon sucks with their AI systems that use foreign call centers with no ability to transfer to the US. Amazon is too big to care and has moved so far away from Customer Service that it is a despicable enterprise. The hedge funds out there should design a company to compete and kill Amazon’s business for all of its arrogance and unwillingness to serve the very customers that helped build its success.
