A. Anguiano –
Bristles where all bent and flattened but I took my hair dryer to it and it corrected its shape
D. Smith –
Like another said.. it arrived a little sad looking. A few minutes with the hairdryer sorted that out! Worked perfect for our chimney sweep costumes.
Scott Bulloch –
Cheaply made but alright for a children’s costume
Maria Davis –
The bristles on the brush were mashed in transport, but with a few clasps and arranging, we were able to get them to fan out. The brush wasn’t as long as a real brush, but it was long enough to balance on a shoulder.
M. K. Ahern –
Easy to put together and a great compliment to a DIY chimney sweeper costume for my daughter. The brush itself was badly misshapen from lying on its side in the shipping box. We had to use hair ties to massage them back into place to create more of a circular brush.

They are very cheap. One broke while I was assembling. Several others broke during the first dance. We bought dowel rods and glued them inside the brush and first stick piece to make them sturdier. Will use the hair dryer to fan out the bristles as others suggested.
Amazon Customer –
We got these rooms for chimney sweeps in our production of Mary Poppins. They look exactly how they are supposed to, but were very cheap quality for the price. The bristles arrived misshapen and needed to be heated and flattened. Several of the handles broke in rehearsals and needed to be repaired. Would probably buy them again because they are such a unique item, what would probably do something ridiculous like fill the tubes with plaster or clay to stop them from cracking and snapping.

1) The brush head is rather sparse. The plastic straws that run through the center keep sliding out one end and it gets even sparser.
2) Pole gets screwed together from two half sized pieces (which is fine). The pole snapped on that seam, with the threaded “screw” part cracking clean off and getting stuck in the female part. This after specifically NOT OVER-TIGHTENING it because I suspected that this could happen. I went to pick it up and when I grabbed it at the bottom and began to lift, it just snapped clean off.
3) Went to return it (not two weeks after getting it) and the seller sends me a self-pay label! So I buy a product, it breaks because it’s shoddy, and I have to pay to send it back??
I don’t think so. Keep my ~$7.50 and go jump in the lake.
