Third time is a charm… after buying and returning 2 ‘commercial’ vacuums, finally went back to corded upright, and did it ever get it right this time! Sucked up about 5 lbs of accumulated sand, dog hair, etc. off living room carpet. Had tried the a battery stick and canister vac that got clogged within 5 min. After a very easy assembly, vacuumed all my stuff up to fill the canister in 20 mins! Did not clog up anywhere, tho’I did have to rinse out the filter after 1st use! I will do it again tomorrow and bet it gets as much again! The much cleaner carpet feels SOOO MUCH BETTER now! Highly recommend and can’t wait to try out the upholstery attachment on my couches! Update… STILL THE BEST VACUMN CLEANER MADE! Even had a Dyson that I spent 3x as much for couldn’t handle my floors! It clogged up/no suction after no more than 2 weeks. Still sitting in my junk room… waste of good $$.
This Eureka is the Best Vacuum Cleaner since an old one I had from the 60s finally gave out.
I expect to be using this Eureka for many years, if it keeps going the way it is! And LOVE the MANY Accessories and Features. Assembly Simple… Onboard Tools are Convenient (tho’ the Pet Tool does have a tendency to fall off easily) and do their jobs!
4 Dogs fill the Disposal Canister with their hair and sand they bring into the house daily on just the living room floor… SUCTION ACTUALLY TRIES TO PULL MY VERY LARGE AREA RUG UP OFF THE FLOOR!
IF this one ever dies, hopefully it will still be available or one better, tho’ I can’t imagine how it could be better. Almost makes me want to buy a spare for when it does finally die from the abuse of our home life!! It’s just the BEST!!+ 🤗💜👍🌻🙂

I love this vacuum cleaner. I have one on each level and this was a replacement for an older version of the Eureka. The Dash is beautiful, picks up everything, maneuvers easily around furniture, has a large capacity compartment for dirt, has two settings so it is smooth handling on carpets, is fairly light. The Amazon price was good and I am so happy that vacuuming does not seem like a dreaded chore.

I have bought so many vaccum cleaners that claim they are great at picking up pet hair but fail everytime.
So when I bought this vacuum I was expecting the same. BUT, I am so glad to say this is a great vacuum cleaner. The suction is great. It is easy to use and the attachments change very easily. My only issue is I would love for the collection canister was larger. It fills up really quickly. If purchased I think it is money well spent.

I am extremely pleased with this vacuum because we have 2 dogs and a cat and I’ve never used a vacuum that works this well with pet hair and dander, as well as kibble and everyday stuff too!
But unfortunately, it was missing the Multi-Angled Adapter, that it states is supposed to have been included with it, which was a big selling point for me. So that’s the only reason why I gave it 4 Stars instead of 5. I double checked that I purchased (and was sent) the right one that comes with it, and I did, but it was just missing this adapter. We have some vaulted ceiling and the lower windows are separate from the upper windows, and I wanted to use that adapter to clean the upper window sills and things like the tops of our chandeliers that have flat glass-panes, the tops of bookcases and the fridge, etc, so that was very disappointing that it wasn’t included.
Since I’m disabled and can’t drive, so it would be a much bigger hassle for me than most to be able to return the whole thing just so I can be sent a new vacuum hopefully with that piece included. But at least the other adapters came with it, like the small Pet Turbo Brush adapter for the hose that looks like a miniature version of the vacuum’s bottom with it’s spinning brushes. I can now thoroughly clean the couches, mattresses, stairs, pet beds, etc. and it works just as good as it’s larger counterpart. I can’t believe how great it works!
My brother (who comes home to visit at least once a month) has horrible allergies and is completely miserable when he’s here because of them. So I’m hoping this will help with that because our last vacuum was absolutely atrocious. It was extremely heavy and very difficult to carry around. It also didn’t swivel or turn well, so you couldn’t maneuver it around furniture without dragging it back and forth, and back and forth. It also barely sucked up much debris, let alone pet hair/dander, so it didn’t work well for helping with my brothers allergies. If anything, it probably made his allergies worse since their really wasn’t much of a filter for the air that blows out of it, so it probably blew out more dust/dander into the air than was there before we vacuumed. We had to clean up kibble with a broom and dust pan because our old vacuum would just shoot it out in every direction and the hose was barely able to suck it up either without it taking 3 times longer than if we just swept it up since you had to put the hose straight down on top of each cluster for it to work. We constantly checked to make sure there wasn’t any clogs or holes in the hose and tubes that are connected to the dust bin inside the vacuum, but there never were any. It also only came with two extension adapters (the thin one for crevices and the one with a brush), which were lost a long time ago because they never stayed locked in place on our old vacuum and were always falling off, which means we only had the 3ft hose that was actually connected to it left, and that hardly worked at all. The hose also never stayed locked in place, so we had to stop vacuuming frequently to reattach it back onto the vacuum so it wouldn’t flop around while we were vacuuming and accidentally trip us. Their were more problems with it, but you get the gist of it.
The reason I’m stating all the problems with our old vacuum is because this Eureka vacuum we just bought has absolutely NONE of these problems and has actually surpassed my expectations on how well this vacuum, and all of it’s features, work. I am disabled and have mobility issues, so I have to live with my elderly parents who need a lot of help with cleaning, so I try to help as much as I am physically able to. My mom (who also has mobility issues as well) and I need all the right tools to make cleaning easier for us, and this vacuum does exactly that. She could rarely do any vacuuming with our old one since it was too heavy for her to carry and was difficult to push and maneuver around furniture, so she would end up using a broom on our carpets and rugs (which only picked up larger debris) in between the times we could vacuum. So I usually did most of the vacuuming even though it wasn’t much easier for me. But this Eureka vacuum is extremely light weight yet very powerful even though it’s much more quiet than our old one. It almost propels itself when in use too! The adapters for the hose make it so we don’t have to bend down unless we need to pick up something that we don’t want vacuumed up, and we don’t even need to use a step stool to vacuum up cobwebs and dust on the tops of bookshelves, walls, ceilings, etc. because the handle can be removed and used as an extender for the hose! Absolutely brilliant! It also cuts down on the time it takes to vacuum because we don’t need to continuously go over the same area over and over again to be able to vacuum everything up because this Eureka vacuum picks up everything so much better and much, much faster too. Plus it has a HEPA filter as well, so there is no more awful stinky air blowing out of it, so it’s not just my brother that is pleased by that, but the whole family too!
Thank you Eureka, for making it much easier for people who have mobility issues to be able to clean their home more efficiently, as well as making indoor air cleaner for people who have allergies as well! I can’t express to you how happy I am with this product and how it’s made mine and my families lives a little easier and better. When designing new products, please try to keep in mind that there are many people out there with disabilities and mobility issues who need products that can make cleaning their home easier for them to do themselves, especially when they can’t afford house-cleaning services to do the work for them. I’d say you hit a home run with this one, so keep up the good work! You just earned a new customer for life!

This thing became garbage after only one and a half years! I purchased it in September 2022, and now it is April 2024. It was working fine until I pulled it out to do my monthly deep clean, and the brush roll wouldn’t turn on. The vacuum itself turned on, but I kept pressing the brush roll button, but the brush roll light stayed off, and so did the brush roll. I couldn’t figure out why – I could move the brush roll with my hand, and the belt adjacent to it was in proper condition as well.
I’m very disappointed in the lack of quality of this vacuum. Thankfully, there’s a two-year warranty, and I’m currently working with the manufacturer on following through with this.

I liked the colors, the space-age chrome, the maneuverability, suction, the reach of the hose, the cleaning tools and how it moves. It practically moves by itself making it easier to roll across carpet or vinyl, maneuvers back and forth, up and down, the bagless container just easily dumps in the garbage and you can see how much hair and dirt you are cleaning out of your carpet as you go. Oh yeah, I didn’t expect the feature of being so QUIET. I really like it.
