Once in Britain there was an advertising campaign that suggested that “nothing sucks like an Electrolux.” Well and good. This machine rivals that however — lightweight, easy to use, and has excellent suction. The light on the front shows you all the dust on your floors and give you incentive you to do a proper clean. Had it for a few months, battery seems good and I can vacuum around 1500 sf in one go.

My house is ~2300 sf mostly hardwood floors and some area rugs. The Eureka has a very good vacuum and is very easy to use. It fits under most furniture. The attachment for handheld use is functional. The machine is easy to clean. I vacuum weekly (and my Roomba patrols in between) and the cannister gets filled. Battery life is what it is, but was expected. I can vacuum the hole house on a charge if I move fast and smart but cannot do the furniture. So, I purchased a second battery, which I strongly recommend if your house is larger than 2,000 sf. Battery charging is slow. I have not timed it, but it takes hours. So, one has to be organized and keep both batteries charged. I recommend the product for its ease of use, and vacuum power. The buyer needs to be mindful of battery life and need for a second battery.

I broke my back in a car accident a number of years ago. I get along fine and not much stops me. I’m also up there in years….waaaay up there. So, I can’t lift heavy items.
Vacuum cleaners are heavy. Having to lug mine out and then drag it all over was torture. Obviously I avoided using it. I also avoided looking at my carpets.
The TV ads showed all these miracle, light-weight ones that made all the actors in the commercials jump for joy. The prices did not.
On Black Friday I saw this featured, and the price made me jump for joy. Plus Eureka is a well-known product. I figured what the heck. Go for it. Maybe I’ll be in for a pleasant surprise … yeah, right. Well I was.
Erkie (that’s what I call him) arrived. I unpacked and charged him up. I was really surprised at how light the little guy is. Yeah, but was he up the the challenge?
I also have two dogs, who’s favorite hobby is shedding fur all over the house.
I turned Erkie on and told him this was it. Do or die.
Well, he did a do and not a die. We did the floors, the carpets, using the cute little tools and the hand-held, I did the couch, the oven (dog hair gets everywhere), under the refrigerator, you name it. It’s easy to empty, which I had to do a number of times.
Erkie and I had a blast together. However, I outlasted him. He gave me this look that indicated he was getting tired and needed a nap. Poor little guy. He earned his rest. So, I tucked him in and patted his widdle head, as he went to sleep for a while.
I love Erkie. He’s awesome, easy to use, does his job well (good boy), and doesn’t send me to the chiropractor the next day.
If you’re looking for something that will suck your carpets off the floor, then an Erkie isn’t for you. But for those who have needs like mine, he’s perfect.

This vacuum is amazing! It got a powerful motor that delivers impressive suction, capable of picking up fine dust and larger debris with ease. It also comes with head attachment that can be convert into a handheld vacuum for cleaning furniture, stairs, and car interiors. The design is sleek and modern, with high-quality materials that feel durable and robust. The only thing that can be improved is the battery life. I wish it can last longer cuz I need to recharge after every use.

Very good vacuum for small jobs. We have dark laminate floor and a long haired cat so plenty of hair to remove. Easier to use this vacuum for that than getting the central vac hose out.

1. Assembly/Unboxing – There is assembly required which was fairly simple, just follow the directions. Mine came with a 50% charge.
2. Suction Power/Surface Performance – In order to get tougher/heavier things up you *must* have this on full speed and even then you’re going to have to get pretty close to the debris. It’s not very strong even at its strongest but it works with a little elbow grease. Works well on hard surfaces. I have a rug with longer rug hair on it and it was unusable on this due to the hairs getting stuck lol.
3. Charging Speed/Uptime – I am pretty disappointed with this part of the product. At 100% you will be lucky if it lasts 30 minutes on medium speed. Higher speeds absolutely drain this thing, but in order to get anything it’s gotta be on level 2 or 3(highest). This thing takes forever to charge! I mean I have it plugged directly into the outlet and it takes multiple hours to charge! It’s taken 2hr 30 minutes so far just to get back to 45% from 5%!
Size/Weight – Very light weight. I’m 6’4 and it’s a bit short for me as it comes to my hips or slightly above.
Misc.- The light on the vacuum head is so helpful and bright, I really enjoy the light. The vacuum head also maneuvers very well and has a weight to the vacuum head which is good. It doesn’t feel like it will fly out of my hand. The vacuum attachments connect well but the storage device it comes with does not hold the vacuum heads well at all, they fall off at the slightest movement of the storage device for me. It’s a cute vacuum; however, the price is definitely too much, in my opinion. I feel this is worth around 79-100 dollars. But I’m not the best when it comes to determining monetary value. But over 100 is definitely not worth it.

Loving this little machine. It does a great job on Lino, tile and low pile carpet. Run time is adequate. I especially like the you can take the dirt canister off completely to wash and clean it. I have always hated the smell of those canisters after a time they just get nasty. This way I can easily deal with that! Thank you Eureka!

We were afraid with the battery life that I wouldn’t be able to vacuum the entire house with it. But, I am able and usually still have about 20% batter left over. Now, it’s definitely not meant for deep cleaning. But it’s relatively light weight, easy to push, has great suction as long as you keep it emptied and cleaned (everything requires maintenance to run effectively), and is compact enough to be put off to the side of a room without being noticed.
However, it is a bit loud, I will mention that. But I was spoiled with a roomba before which I never heard. This one though is an excellent value and can suck up kitty litter, dust, dirt, sand, and foot crumbs including dog and cat food that get dropped. So, I really love this and would recommend 10/10.
