First time use but already impressed. Had to come write a review. Looks and acts brand new. Took me five minutes of flipping through the manual and 30 seconds to program
And it gets under most of my furniture! Had a different brand previously but my dog broke it . So was looking for an inexpensive replacement.
Previously I would have to move all the furniture, so I love this.
I have two cats and two dogs and this is getting the job done

This robo-vac works great! Most of the well known products in this category are full of crap that you don’t need, or is even spying on you. I’m sorry, but my appliances don’t need WIFI, camera’s, mapping features and an internet connection to send them to… who??? This unit has everything you need and nothing you don’t. I bought it because my dog is shedding like crazy and leaving my floor looking like it needs a haircut. The Eufy has done a great job of picking up ALL of the dog hair, dirt and small particles, and has yet to become clogged. The floor it is cleaning is a linoleum floor that has a low pile rug and it cleans both very well. The Eufy runs for well over an hour and one of the best things about it…. it is VERY quiet. Emptying the dust bin is super easy, and cleaning the filters is very easy as well. The Eufy comes with extra side brushes and an extra roller. I have not had to change any of them yet, but maintenance and cleaning of these items has been made very easy as well. It comes with a well thought out cleaning tool that makes cleaning easy. It has a cutter on it, similar to an envelope opener, that gets under hair that wraps around the roller and and slices it off. This is a problem with ANY vacuum that has a roller, and this tool works very well for this. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect at the price point, but the Eufy works better than the older I-robot I had some time ago and is far easier to maintain. The very first time it ran it was learning the room and did not make it back to the dock, but every use since, it has always gotten back and docked. If you want a robot vac that you can start with a remote or program a schedule in, without WIFI, camera’s, and yet another app to install on your phone, I highly recommend the Eufy… you won’t be disappointed.

One of the plastic handles on the gasketed filter screen broke off when trying to fit it back in place after tapping out clogged filter. I expect the other one to break off accidentally in the same manner, which will make it hard/impossible to remove the filter screen without wrecking the comoulded gasket.
I’m in Canada. In Canada this entire category, i.e. decent robot vacuums, is still pretty damn expensive compared to the US offerings, even adjusted for currency. Look, this is one of the lowest priced worthwhile robot vacuums for sale to the Canadian market that I am aware of. I got a reconditioned / not brand new one sold by Amazon. When it arrived it looked brand new, never used. So I got lucky in that regard and didn’t pay “market” at the time, even though “market” is kind of a bad value proposition because the whole category is immature in Canada. Wirecutter has noted these can’t be repaired like iRobot products where the units are designed with replaceable parts that are readily available. I’ve owned several Roomba branded products and they performed about the same as this Eufy unit. I bought the Eufy unit for significantly less than I could find any Roomba brand products locally or delivered with any certainty about authenticity and such. If I had found a base model Roomba new or reconditioned with warranty for $20 more than I paid for for this, I would have gone with the Roomba. Since there was a big difference in price I bought this and the “Asurion” warranty Amazon offered. We’ll see how that plays out.
So far: cleans more or less as well as a modern Roomba. Looks nicer in my opinion. Charging base seems to have better contacts than the Roomba units I have owned (and returned under big box store satisfaction guarantees).

I’m so upset that I waited this long to get a robot vacuum. As the owner of 2 medium-haired cats and hardwood floors, the battle against dust bunnies and cat litter was fought and lost daily. Not so anymore. This little guy scoots around the apartment for an hour everyday and picks up a ridiculous amount of fur and debris. It’s kind of disgusting to see how much he picks up.
The vacuum’s low profile means it can get underneath all of my furniture and capture the sneakier fur tumbleweeds. The edge cleaning feature is really nice around kitchen counters, and the robots auto setting does a great job of adjusting to different needs in different locations.
This vacuum isn’t the smartest, so it will deep clean the same spot 10 times while neglecting areas that really need to be cleaned. However, the remote makes it easy to navigate it to the dirtier spots on the floor, and it rarely misses a spot completely.
The refurbished version was half the price and came in like-new condition. Mine came with all of the packaging (including factory stickers and glass protector). If i didn’t know it was a refurbished model, I would have sworn it was fresh from the assembly line. The glass top, low profile, and solid color profile make this vacuum look surprisingly expensive.

Great little robot. Understand that it doesn’t make a map of your home, it just wanders randomly. Most of the time, it will just stay in one room and we’ll have a hard time leaving it. It picks up all of the dirt. I’m surprised at how much it picks up. You have multiple modes where it can just follow the edges of the walls where most of the debris usually ends up.

I’ve only had Eufy for two days now, but it’s going well! I like buying renewed because it feels like adopting an orphan, and I haven’t been bothered by the quality of the products I’ve received. This robot vacuum came in good shape, though everything in the box was suuuuper dusty (ironically). Not sure if it was dust from the carton it came in or dust from wherever it was repackaged. There were imperceptible scuff marks on the edges of the machine, but it’s nothing unsightly or offensive. It came with all the parts and supplies expected. No complaints there!
It functions as expected, as well. It’s not the smartest little thing, but I think it does enough of its job that I’m glad to save the ~$200 it would have cost to get a smarter robot vacuum. I have two cats, so my biggest issue has been cat hair and litter, which tracks everywhere. Eufy eventually makes the place walkable with bare feet, though I’ve noticed it also does a good job of scattering the litter with its side bristles and exhaust. I wish it wouldn’t do that. But it’s easy enough to grab the control remote and redirect it to clean up something it’s missing or scattering.
My apartment is 830 sq ft and a weird layout, so I don’t know how well Eufy finds all the nooks and crannies, but again, the remote control helps solve that (and just picking it up and placing it somewhere else). I let it run for an hour today expecting it to “finish cleaning” (whatever that means) or run low on battery and go to it’s home, but it never did, so eventually I just told it to stop because I was satisfied and wanted my cats to feel comfortable again.
It’s not too loud, thought not *quiet*. One cat can coexist with it, though the other cat hides (both cats are terrified of my corded vacuum). I don’t have a problem working or watching TV while Eufy does its thing, though I get a bit distracted watching it or hearing it bump into things and wondering where it is.
I REALLY like how short it is because it fits under all my furniture, and I think that’s the best part about it (besides the price). It hasn’t had an issue transitioning from hardwood floors to a high-ish pile rug, though it can’t figure out my slippery bathroom mat. It just pushes it out of the way, gives up, and leaves the bathroom.
I set up the docking station underneath my sofa near a hidden outlet, so the vacuum is always near the main living (litter-filled) space and ready to go, but not taking up any additional space. Eufy finds its home when it’s in the same room as the docking station, but I’ve lost patience the times I tried to tell it to go home from another room—it had no idea where to go, so I just escorted it to the sofa.
I tried the scheduling function, but it scared all living things—myself included—when it turned on on its own today, so I’m gonna turn off the scheduling. Since the litter tracks daily, I’m not worried about forgetting to run it at least once a day, which seems like the way to go to keep things clean and avoid the Scary Vacuum for as long as possible. Anyway, I’d be more concerned about forgetting to turn off the scheduling before going out of town (I don’t want it to run when I’m not home, so it doesn’t get stuck or run into undesirable substances).
Overall, happy with my purchase so far and don’t think it would have been necessary to spend more than double for a smarter vacuum. Wish it didn’t scatter the litter, but it keeps the floors cleaner than before it came into my life.

Works well low price. No auto empty but great price easy set up. Works well. Auto return to base. Great suction.

I think it’s important to keep your expectations in check when looking at a vacuum like this. Is it going to perfectly vacuum your entire house and keep it absolutely spotless? No. But is it going to do a good job of doing a daily sweep to greatly reduce dust and dirt accumulation? Yes! It’s one of the least expensive vacuums, let alone robot vacuums on the market from what I’ve seen. I got a “renewed” one, which looked brand new and clean like it had never been used for less than $150CAD. The unit is surprisingly small and low, allowing it to crawl under beds and other pieces of furniture without issue. It’s also quite quiet, although not unnoticeable.
This unit doesn’t have any cameras to allow for more advanced mapping techniques, so it sort of just wanders around bumping into stuff. However, it doesn’t do this completely at random, as it clearly can determine where edges and corners are, and follow and sweep / vacuum them, which is really good. However, it can sometimes get stuck in certain places like between chair legs. It’s obviously not the most cutting edge or advanced robot vacuum on the market, but it’s priced accordingly. It does a great job of picking up cat hair, dust, dirt, and other debris. It’s also quite entertaining to watch it go around bumping into things. It also doubles as great entertainment for my cat, who chases it around and swats at it constantly. I was worried he’d be afraid of the thing, but it’s definitely the most entertaining thing for my cat, which is an added bonus!
Overall, if you have mainly hard flooring or low carpet, and have a smaller house or apartment, I think this is an ideal unit. It can get hung up on rugs or other cloth items left on the floor. It usually returns to its charging station, but sometimes just stops wherever it is. I’m not sure if this is because of the odd shape of my kitchen where I’ve placed its charging station. It also won’t fall down stairs or other ledges as it has a sensor for this, but will go down small ledges. (but not back up, necessarily!)
Noise: Quite quiet
Suction: Adequate
Battery life: More than adequate (for the size of my place)
Thoroughness: Good
Usefulness: Very
Cat entertainment ability: Excellent
Value: Amazing, considering you can hardly get a handheld vac for this price
