LOVE it, I’m using it daily when before I was a weekly or even bimonthly vacuum-er. My only complaint is that it cannot suction onto our tufted ottoman or into drawers because it has a half moon shape that is used to attach it to other pieces

Works great, lightweight, sucks in many ways. Most importantly, the full charge (overnight) lasts about 5 minutes, so if you have anything bigger than a closet to vacuum, this will die midway and then take HOURS to recharge. Too expensive to throw away, too sad to give away.

The media could not be loaded.

The vacuum came on time. However, upon taking it out of the packaging I found that it was very dirty and has small grass looking particles on it. If it doesn’t work as described I’m returning because this is unacceptable. It cost too much to come like this.

The vacuum will not pick up anything. The suction is horrible! Then when it does pick up anything, it comes out when I shut it off. This is a complete waste of money. Buyer beware!

This was a replacement Dyson . Did not come with a hanging bracket, had to order it separately I think it would come with the new Dyson.
