La aspiradora Dyson es buenisima y no es sorpresa pero esta version no justifica el costo ya que el aditamento para trapear no es el mejor, tiene varios problemas se siente como un producto prueba/demo por este motivo la terminare regresando y comprando la V15 regular
Posiblemente en Version 2 mejorara pero al mismo tiempo Dyson anuncio ya producto para solo trapeado, esta dificil que una maquina lo haga todo y lo haga bien

So far, this vacuum is a game changer. I have 2 pets, both short haired, but there is always fur visible on my dark floors. When I first used this vacuum with the hard floor/dust attachment, I was blown away. First, it picks up EVERYTHING. And the light on the attachment makes the fur so visible. I wouldn’t have known it was so bad in some areas without that light.
Another BIG positive about this vacuum, and specifically the hard floor attachment, is that it is QUIET. I’m in an apartment, and having lived on a lower floor before, I know that upstairs neighbors vacuuming can be so loud, especially if they use carpet vacuums on hard floor. This one is just so quiet.
I haven’t gotten to all the attachments yet, but so far I’m impressed. So worth the money.

This is my first Dyson and I am very satisfied with it. I’ve been Eyeing the dysons for a while And it just seemed like this was the right one for me. The size & weight are perfect for me not heavy, the suction is very powerful and being cordless is a huge bonus. Goodbye broom and dust pan!!! I am just so amazed of how you can transition from kitchen floor to living room carpet just by switching out the heads. It is so easy and I’m just so amazed by watching it pick up everything At ease and not having to locate the dustpan every so often. I definitely would recommend getting the Dyson v15. I’d say you’re missing out if you don’t have one.
I haven’t used the submarine head yet only because I bought The Tineco S6 stretch which there is no comparison. To me the submarine is for little messes for which your Tineco is self cleaning and the mess cant wait. But once I use the submarine, I will definitely update my review.

I was using some Chinese vacuum before which looks quite similar but I was not happy due to many small design problems which made using it not convenient.
This Dyson on the other hand it’s not only working perfectly, and you see they thought about all aspects when designing it but it mega powerful. From clean carpet (after cleaning with Chinese vacuum cleaner) I made my Dyson bin full ! Amazing suction power

First impression before owning one: overpriced and gimmicky (a laser dirt finder? Please)
After first use: Unbelievable. So quiet my cats don’t run and so much suction I can hardly move it on max setting. My carpet looked brighter as I went along, and that was after using my Shark on it.
The LED detect hardwood head sounded stupid to me, but it’s genius. I darken the room before I use it and I’m disgusted with what I see, but this machine gets rid of everything with one pass right up to the edge. The empty method is also great once you get used to it. I stick it down in the trash before I open it because I have wild allergies. All the HEPA in the world doesn’t help if the cloud hits you after you empty it.
Sometimes you get what you pay for. This is one of those times!

Couple things here, the vacuum is great albeit expensive. The submarine (wet mop) attachment is just okay. If you understand what the actual function is then you will be fine with it. It doesn’t suck anything up but rather dispenses water/detergent and rolls. It’s fine for me because my main use is to do quick cleans on dog prints, etc. Don’t expect it to perform major cleans. If I was to grade the vacuum and attachments, 4.5 stars, minus a half star for price. I would give the submarine attachment 2.5 stars.
However, the submarine attachment worked for a max combined time of 60 minutes, or roughly 3 months of use for me. Contacted Dyson support, went through all the troubleshooting and concluded that the submarine head would need to be replaced, free of charge, under warranty. Great. But no submarine heads are in stock, and they don’t know when they will be. Fast forward 4 months and there are still no submarine heads in stock, still don’t know when they will be. The issue I am having, and I have had this before with Dyson, is they DO NOT PRIORITZE THEIR CURRENT CUSTOMERS. The entire package was in stock on day 1 and has remained in stock this whole time. So yes, they are building and selling the submarine heads but only for people that are buying the whole package new. Apparently, it is not conducive to their profit scheme to set some of those units aside as spare parts to supply their CURRENT customers with replacement units. If you look through the reviews, the submarine head breaking early on in its life cycle is a known issue. What has Dyson done to resolve this? Nothing.
So, I am left with the option to continue waiting an indefinite period of time or send my whole vacuum system into Dyson and once it is received in the warehouse and verified, they will send out a replacement unit. Sounds like the best case is 3 weeks without a vacuum. I use the vacuum everyday. When asked if they could send the replacement first, and then once received I would return the old unit, I was told this is impossible. They cannot do that. (Well yes they could, they just decided their policy would say they could not). I offered to give my credit card info and if it wasn’t returned in a set amount of time they could charge me until it was. Nope. Impossible.
Dyson typically makes a great product, minus the submarine head that seems to have issues left and right. But I have NEVER been satisfied with their support.
