Before buying this I had one of the popular brands vacuum only. The battery life was terrible and app was so limited. I did a TON of research. My Dreame is perfect. It’s amazing how customized I can make it. A lot of reviews don’t discuss this enough but the battery life is incredible, lasts for so long. It never gets stuck and reaches places that constantly surprise me. I love how I can have it clean multiple rooms and on multiple settings. It’s crazy how it knows where carpets are and doesn’t mop on them. Recommendation, a default setting is for the extending arm to be on minimum use. I changed it to max use and it’s wild how well it cleans under my fridge and corners with it. I can’t possible understand how anything more expensive would give me anything more than this. But I do know that anything cheaper and it’s gonna have to charge way too much. I also see the room order of cleaning so it doesn’t clean my mud room before my kitchen. It’s great having it vacuum only one room and mop/vacuum another. You can make changes mid cleaning for example make the suction higher or lower. Child proof locks are brilliant as my kids like to press buttons when I’m not looking. The mop pads get very clean after use and the water tank holds a ton of water. On the clean genius setting it will go back on its own and re clean extra dirty areas. The mapping is insanely accurate. I have an open kitchen/family room so I merged those two rooms and then created a line where I want to separate where each room starts and ends. Oh also probably the most important thing, this robot gets our house so clean! Ours is named Lightning McClean.
I do have a cat and no hair has gotten stuck in the brushes which is very impressive.
I don’t have any cons or negatives, this robot by far exceeds my expectations. My recommendation is don’t go cheaper because you’ll lose so much but you don’t need to go more expensive because you can’t really gain anything more.

We were so excited to open and use our new vacuum. We unboxed it and followed all the instructions step by step and kept getting an error message that the wheels aren’t suspended. We reset it to factory settings, and trouble shooted it and the error never went away. Very disappointed that a $800+ item was defective out of the box. Buy at your own risk.

This thing is amazing. I’ve had a variety of robotic vacuums (never a vacuum/map combo, however) From various manufactures, including Roomba and Eufy, but this one takes the cake. Given the high price point of combination, vacuum and mops, I was very reluctant to purchase this sight unseen, and off anecdotal reviews alone, but the raves are substantiated. The mapping technology is amazing even though I know that often is overlooked. It doesn’t get stuck under small crevices like my eufy used to, and the fact that I can manually select to just vacuum versus mop versus vacuum and mop during a single session or incredibly helpful. At first glance, the app seems a little intimidating because it is so lengthy and has a lot of detail, but if you take about 10 to 15 minutes to orient yourself with the application as well as the user manual, you will have literally no problems. Ive used consistently for three days now since purchase and couldn’t be happier. We have a >5000 square-foot home and I couldn’t fathom manually cleaning both floors or paying for professional housekeeping to do all of the floors. This really is a huge economic relief as well as a physical one.

We’ve had this robot vacuum now for a little over 2 weeks and we are extremely happy with the purchase! So happy that we got another one.
PROs:
– Easy to setup. Unbox, assemble, charge, setup the app and go.
– Easy to use, both the vacuum and the app
– Vacuums carpets very well.
– Mops LVPs and hardwood floors extremely well.
– You can track where the vacuum is on the app.
– Cleans and disinfects the mops
– Cleans under the beds and hard to reach areas using a regular vacuum.
CONs:
– Spinner brush detached a couple of times when caught on something. No alert provided when it detached. (*it was easy to reattach). Consider this to be a minor issue.
BOTTOM LINE:
Extremely satisfied with the dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum and Mop. Very convenient and stress-free cleaning of our home at our own schedule.
Will update this review after a few more weeks or if there are any significant changes.

I am in love! I am a working mum who works anywhere from 40-70 hours weeks at the hospital. I was losing my mind I had no time to clean my floors and we live on a farm so it was a fruitless attempt anyway. This robot cleans my floors daily while we are at work. I love coming home to clean floors. The mess in our home is no joke and this robot handles it like a piece of cake! I am 100% getting one for my elderly parents for Christmas. Worth every penny.

I will give a full review after using it a little longer. It is slightly quieter than iRobot and it does an okay job of mopping but this spinning brush comes off all the time.

We have two large dogs. One is a German shepherd who sheds a lot. This robo vacuum is making our life soo easy. It picks up all the dog hair from every corner and mops as well. It is highly customizable with self cleaning mop pads. My only regret is not buying it earlier.

As long as your expectations are appropriately set this does a great job. It is not abke to mop up dried, caked on things such as spilled smoothy or mud. Manually taking care of these, it handles everything else. The app is geeat and easy to figure out. Love being able to customize the order of vacuum first and then mop. Vacuuming works great and I’ve not needed to do any manual vacuuming since buying! Noise is a bit loud. In the evening even if it is on the bottom floor on the upper floor I can clearly hear it vacuuming. I don’t mind since it does a good job thanks to the suction, but might bother som people.

I tried six robots, each with different price ranges and features. One key takeaway: always choose a robot with a LiDAR head on top for navigation; it works perfectly.
I initially chose the Laresar L6 Pro. It had excellent navigation and a great vacuum, but I felt it was too expensive for its inability to clean corners—why pay C$500 for that? So, I opted for a less expensive model to adjust my expectations. However, this cheaper robot lacked LiDAR and had poor navigation, with inconsistent cleaning times and difficulty finding its docking station. Another robot I tried had a terrible mopping function, with excessive water leakage or it would dry out completely.
Eventually, I chose a LiDAR-equipped robot from Lubluelu (L15). It performed well, but cleaning the mop daily to manage moisture and odor became a hassle. Despite its functionality, it wasn’t the perfect solution.
After extensive research, I found a robot with a mop extender and hot water mopping capabilities. This model has been the best among all I’ve tried so far.
Thanks to Amazon for allowing me to test different models to find the best one. I made sure to clean each robot before returning it to avoid any damages, as each model had its merits and I wanted to be respectful in my returns.

I did an obnoxious amount of research looking for “the one”. This was a hidden gem. It works wonders in our 400 sq ft studio with hardwood and tile floors. I feel excited every time I come home and step my bare feet on the floor. I have a toddler so I skip the potentially toxic proprietary cleaning solution and just use water. I thought it would steam clean the floors but it only steams its own mop pads. I love this robot so much, it was worth the wait!
