This is exactly what I needed. I don’t have carpet, but just got some nice area rugs. With a two year old, crumbs are inescapable 🙂 I didn’t need a huge vacuum. This works great, and will useful for my car too. Easily fits in my closet for a quick clean up.

I was still using an old Dirt Devil ! Along with a larger canister. This little vacuum is exactly what I needed. The head is small enough to fit into corners and it has an electric moving brush that gets the pet hair! Easy to remove and attach dust cup. And, a hose that I can use in the car or wherever. The flip-out crevice nozzle broke off when I tried to use it, but not too worried since I have the small hose with a dust brush. Love this – not too loud either. What a great man gift ! It works.

What were they thinking? This Dirt Devil scorpion relies on the spiraling brush (it’s the only thing that barely works) otherwise it barely does anything in terms of suction. If you set it against a wall, for ex., and there’s dust against the wall, you haven’t a prayer with this vacuum. You’ll have to suck up whatever it is or remove it by some other means – like buy a vacuum that actually works. What a waste of $$.

I like that this has a plug. Battery units do not hold the charge after a while. This vacuum sweeps dig hair well.

very good hand vacuum. Strong and very handy.. i like cord vacuum better because it seems stronger, and batteries need replacing too often.

This little dirt devil speaks proudly of its name. After a severe accident involving many joint surgeries, it was impossible to carry a large vaccum and balance on stairs. I had bought a cordless but never had enough power and always ran out of power by 4th stair. The electric vaccum really cleans its powerful and I can sit and move up the stairs. Love love it. Show and tell with my sisters. They loved how it handle too.

I’ve only used this a little bit but for something in this price range it was much more powerful than I expected and the motorized attachment worked better than I anticipated. Of course you have to realize that unlike more expensive vacuum cleaners This does have a filter that will require constant maintenance and replacing Depending on how much you use it. The only disappointment I have is that when someone at the factory put it in the box they put an extreme kink in the power cord I mean they Literally folded it and it got pinched all the way to the point where I was so concerned about future problems I seriously considered returning it but decided it’s not worth the trouble.
