THE GOOD PART: This is a wonderful vacuum cleaner. The LED lights are great for seeing dirt that needs to be vacuumed, it is lightweight and easy to maneuver, great suction and power, quiet, easy to change tools and adjust tube length, easy to empty, works great on hardwood floors, LVP floors, high and low pile carpet, rugs, easy to vacuum out cars trucks and vans. It’s just a great vacuum cleaner. It’s also built well with almost everything you would want in a vacuum cleaner
THE NOT SO GOOD PART: The second time I used this new vacuum, the LED lights went out. That wouldn’t be so bad IF it came with some instructions, a parts list and diagram, and a troubleshooting flow chart so it could be easily repaired. It would also be nicer if it was possible to get parts for maintenance and/or repair. The LED lights doesn’t stop it from working but there’s many places where it helps tremendously to see where you need to vacuum or what you may have missed. Even worse, right after I ordered mine, they were out of stock and uncertain when they may or may not be back in stock. Even if the optional 2 or 3 year warranty was purchased, this vacuum couldn’t be repaired or replaced so you’d just get a refund and that wouldn’t include the cost of the warranty. It’s uncertain how long any part of this vacuum would last so parts availability is very important. Recycling is made out to be a big deal this day and age, but REAL recycling is to be able repair what you buy and keep on using it. It is very irresponsibility of manufacturers to build products that have a designed life just to sell more junk, but it seems like most all have all jumped in on that parade regardless of where things are manufactured. I miss the times when companies took pride in their products and had motto’s like “Quality goes in before our Name goes On” and “Our Employees are Our most important Product”?

I am vacuuming all over because I like this so much. The battery charges quickly, it’s easy to empty, and the suction power is adjustable. I like how you can take the vacuum brush off and suck up stuff from corners, etc. We got this for sucking up flies, but I use is all over now. I have two big dogs that apparently shed a lot, so my bin fills up with the hair and pine needles that are all over my house.
It’s not too heavy and maneuvers well under furniture, etc.
My only complaint is that the debris holder is not bigger…only because I use if so much I have to empty it a lot.

If my husband would have not thrown out the box I would have sent it back asap!
First, I don’t feel that the power is what they say it is.
Second, when vacuuming it does not pick up on the sides. The vacuum has to be straightforward or it does not pick up debris .
Third it does not keep power for 60 minutes.
Fourth You have to empty the canister all the time even when not full then it also will not pick up debris.
And yes, I do use it full power

I’ve only had this Vacuum two days now….It came with some charge in the battery. No instructions state to charge battery…so I used it about 7-8 times on Low setting for about 3-5 minutes each. The Vacuum stopped working altogether….So I immediately took the battery off and placed it on the Charger…Now let me state that out the box……with whatever charge was on the Battery, the Display showed 2 Red Power Bars out of the 9 Power Bars listed….After charging over night, I reinserted the Battery and still shows 2 Red Power Bars out of the 9 Power Bars listed! I believe this tells me it came with a Bad Battery……will contact the Seller….and update afterwards… AMAZON.COM made me choose a Rating…so 2 Stars for now…Until I hear back from Seller…

It is a good size and is not heavy. Battery life is not as stated. If used at full power the battery dies down quickly. I’ve charged between cleaning rooms just to make sure it will last.

I purchased this vacuum based on it power (45 Kpa) and the run time. I wanted something lightweight, durable and able to easily and thoroughly clean my floors. I also wanted quick battery charge time. I have never purchased this model before but I’m satisfied.
I use this vacuum daily. I have all laminate flooring with no carpets. I do have a few rugs. I do have a larger home. On a full charge, this vacuum can handle my home and still have power left. I have used other brands that ran out of battery in the middle of cleaning and that is frustrating.
I love how this model has a button to press to empty the trash. I can easily dump it into the trash mess free. It’s easy to adjust to the length/height needed and easy to remove segments with the push of a button.
The only thing I do not like is that I have a hard time getting this cordless vac to stand up against a wall or in a corner. I tend to do this when I set it aside for a moment or two. It tends to want to slide down or fall down.
I feel that it’s a great value for the money and the noise level is okay. It is a little loud.
