I watched an unboxing and read as much as I could about this machine, that looked exactly like my beloved Electrolux 2100 that I had for countless years. The cost of a new one was out of reach and this seemed like a viable option and it was lighter which would help my back and wrist issues. Fast forward a year later and the machine makes a high pitch whine, the power head wire falls out constantly, parts on the power head keep falling off, the cord doesn’t always retract and connector at the top of the wand that gives the other side of the power connection, has broken so it is a delicate balance to keep it all together and running. It started out great, but has fizzled to the point that I am going back to the name brand and the quality that comes with it!

I have several vacuums and I have never loved a Vacuum before. I have a Dyson and I am not impressed. It doesn’t do very well on my area rugs so I mainly use it in the basement. The vacuum I have used for years died so I took it to a repair shop. I saw this Clean Obsessed machine and fell in love. It is very light weight. The man said I could take it home and try it and he would take it back if I didn’t love it. It makes dusting the walls so easy and it really did cut my vacuuming time in half. No fight with the vac to move it around.

I rarely post reviews, but am VERY disappointed with this vacuum. First, the suction is not good, certainly not a professional level. Second, the awful plastic odor has not gone away, even 6 months after purchase – which is nauseating. Third, the attachment parts – particularly the metal rod – are IMPOSSIBLE to change out. I would not recommend at all, especially at this price. VERY disappointed in this purchase. Full disclosure, I did not purchase via Amazon, but from a trusted local dealer, but this is the only place on-line that I could find to leave an honest review.

Cord is way to short, power head handle very stiff and hard to manage and power head handle doesn’t have a catch to keep it from falling over. Floor piece to small. Weight is good and suction seems adequate. Purchased from a dealer, not Amazon, wish I would have returned and paid the difference for a better quality vacuum.
